It also has a couch for an additional person and if two people would like to sleep on the futon, then it has an additional spot. The large porch is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Below is an outdoor space great for gatherings that includes a full bathroom, picnic tables, barbecue pit, and a food prep area. During the summer it has a built in large fan to keep the entire area cool.

It is located close to the town of Livingston where you will find groceries, hardware, restaurants, fuel, etc. Outdoor gazebo and fire pit in common area. It is centrally located between Hammond and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. An easy drive to everywhere you want to be! Plus, it’s fully loaded with everything you will need.
