Holiday rentals with beach access in Lake Simcoe

We had a really nice time at Marias place. It's calm, cozy and has a great location. We liked the restaurant nearby and the walks at the seaside. Marias recommandations for activties we're also very helpful, espacially guests with dogs are very welcome! The communication with Maria was very good and fast because she told us everthing in advance.

Tess is lovely and their place is in the best possible location by the beach. Literally steps away. The weather was a little cold and rainy for late May but it made for a cozy retreat with lovely beach walks. You can walk beautiful long strips of uninterrupted beach. Library was nearby if you needed books for “staying in” days and across the street from it was an amazing, authentic Italian sandwich and gelato place the hosts suggested (Che Roba! Soooo good) Overall my husband and I loved it and would definitely go back!

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. Such a beautifully decorated and well-appointed space for our last minute “mini-moon!” The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed, and then some. The thoughtful touches (robes, slippers, treats) were much appreciated. We loved the hot tub with the river view. Robert and Taurean were friendly and very responsive hosts! We would return in a heartbeat.

Matt and shauna were marvellous hosts!! they were extremely responsive and very kind! The house was perfect! Exactly as described, right by the water, for a great price! The cutest place with a full kitchen which was greatly appreciated! The weather wasn’t great but nothing a great book and even better view couldn’t fix! It made the perfect destination for our girls trip! 1000/10 recommend staying with them if you can!

Beautiful and comfortable home, nicely decorated. Felt like home away from home. The place is very cozy with a great view at the river, very relaxing. I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. Judi and Dave are very responsive. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Would recommend Nadia’s home to anyone visiting the area, the house is located on the lake with amazing scenery within a few seconds walking distance from the house! The house was beautiful so clean and spacious, everything was labelled and well laid out for us and Nadia was just fantastic to communicate with and super helpful with any requests we had! There was a lovely homely touch when we arrived to receive a welcome basket and a note from Nadia. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will for sure be back to visit during the summer months.

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! My best friend and I were looking for a place to go for a girls getaway. We both desperately needed to relax and unwind. Devon’s place was exactly what we hoped for. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. If you need peace, are looking to rest and relax or even go someplace close to amenities but that still feels secluded Devon’s little slice of heaven is exactly the spot you need. We will definitely be booking for a future girls trip for sure! 💗 5⭐️ place!

Beautiful home and location, great for families with young kids who want to get away from city life. There was kid toys, a skip hop and a pack n play with was useful for our baby. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a playground near by. Nicole was quick and easy to reach and made the check in process very easy and provided lots of information about the home. Thank you!

Shiyu was a great host. What an amazing and peaceful cottage. We made some great memories there. Shiyu was very responsive and helpful. The place looks exactly, even better than pictures in real life. Shiyu accommodated us in best way possible. Totally worth getting this place for the weekend and spending time with family. Definitely booking it again soon. I would recommend 100% this property if you want to spend quality time with your loved ones.

Stephanie was wonderful and the space she has is so perfect! Love that there is main floor back door access and super easy to get in and out of the parking garage as she’s on the main floor. Will definitely stay again!
