Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lake Simcoe

We rented this place for a family wedding and it was great. Our kids LOVED the arcade machines, the decor was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the location - we could walk to everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is absolutely beautiful—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable, and the home had everything we needed throughout our stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything was well-maintained and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again!

I recently stayed at Jer’s Airbnb with a group of seven friends, and we had an incredible experience. The amenities truly made the stay unforgettable. We spent hours enjoying the pool table, foosball, darts, and old-school arcade machines. The private sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and the outdoor BBQ and fire pit setup created the ideal space for evening hangouts. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Jer was an excellent host, very responsive and clearly committed to providing a top-tier experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a getaway with friends or family. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Jer! One thing worth highlighting is that the pictures don’t do this place justice. As great as it looks online, the property is 100 times better in person — more spacious, more comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches that aren’t fully captured in photos.

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. My best friend and I were looking for a place to go for a girls getaway. We both desperately needed to relax and unwind. Devon’s place was exactly what we hoped for. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. If you need peace, are looking to rest and relax or even go someplace close to amenities but that still feels secluded Devon’s little slice of heaven is exactly the spot you need. We will definitely be booking for a future girls trip for sure! 💗 5⭐️ place!

I had a fantastic stay at Jude's place! The property is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need. There was also a great selection of water sports equipment available, which made it even more fun to enjoy the outdoors. The location is ideal for anyone looking to be close to nature. Great location and good for families with kids! You can enjoy the pool and hot tub. For change of scenery head into town which has a lot of restaurants and boutiques, plus if you time it right; the butter tart festival is held there in summer. There's also Little Lake Park that's 10 minutes if you want to go the beach. And anyone who enjoys Pickleball, there's excellent courts at Tiifin Park.

The house was the perfect location for visiting Blue Mountain, and the house was beautiful.

Our group had a great stay at Mina’s place! The home was exactly as pictured — clean, spacious, and really comfortable for a group. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax, and the setup made it easy for us to spend time together without feeling crowded. Mina was an amazing host — super easy to communicate with and thoughtful throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel really welcome. We had such a smooth and comfortable experience staying here, and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend Mina’s place for groups looking for a comfortable and easy stay!

Make sure to bring towels and flip flops! Only use plastic cups and no glass near and around the pool as thats not safe.

Firstly, this home was the nicest vacation home my family and I have EVER stayed at. It was very spacious, luxurious finishes throughout , it fit my family of 7 very well. The rooms are all good sizes. There are 4 rooms with beds in them, an office on the main floor that we put a crib in for the baby and an additional room in the basement which could be used as a bedroom if you bring a blowup mattress. The backyard is huge, the playground set was a great treat for my kids, however the hot tub did not seem like it was operable. Mina our host was absolutely AMAZING! Her response time to any of our enquires was very prompt, she made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. We would have loved if the home had blackout curtains as the rooms get quite bright in the morning when the sun comes up, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, it was an AMAZING STAY! Definitely recommended!!

The place was great! Host was great at responding during the trip and sent very thorough messages about the rules and what was allowed. Even answered late at night when there was a problem. Loved the local recommendations and local restaurants provided on the welcoming sheet. The area is very peaceful and good for anyone who is okay driving places. Me and my group were from America and we couldn’t have had a better first experience in Canada here. Very affordable too if you’re in a group!

We recently stayed at this property while attending a graduation in Oshawa with a large group of 9 adults and 6 children. The space was spacious and able to comfortably accommodate our group, which was a huge plus. What truly stood out was how responsive and accommodating the hosts were throughout our stay. Anytime we had a concern or request, they responded promptly and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. That level of attentiveness really made a difference for us. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for being so engaged and supportive!

We had a lovely time staying at Jennifer's very spacious airbnb. The rooms were all clean with fresh linens, plenty of space for 3 couples to spread out and eat meals together. Stocked kitchen with pots & pans (no condiments/coffee so make sure you pack some). Jennifer was always responsive & arranged a seamless check-in. It was great to be able to make use of the resort ammenities during our stay; the lake dock, restaurants, breakfast buffet. Will definitely book again!

Jason had a beautiful home that we were grateful to spend our Christmas holidays at. When there was an issue with electronics that we needed help with, not only did he respond rapidly but also came in person to help rectify the issue. A beautiful home and a wonderful host. :)

A beautiful place, with everything you need for a private romantic retreat, my girlfriend and I also enjoyed bringing our dogs along. I’d say if one thing could be changed I have a preference for a firmer bed.

What a beautiful little spot! So peaceful and not far from Norland at all. All provided amenities and furniture were comfortable and easy to use (especially with the very clear instructions in the welcome book)! Kyle was also a fantastic communicator and was quick to answer to any communications we had.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at the cabin and it’s always been amazing! The balcony out back is mine and my gfs favorite part just relaxing and unwinding with the nice view. Great price for what you get. Definitely recommend and near any of the essentials in Cobourg for groceries, etc. Will be back!

We loved our stay at RuthAnn and Norman's cabin! It was exactly what we needed to relax and get away from the craziness of Toronto. Everything was clean and well-organized. Norman is a fantastic host – so helpful and friendly, giving us a great tour and awesome local tips.

Kiki & Stephen were great hosts! I booked this place for myself and three of my friends as a getaway cottage for the long weekend, to explore a small town and stay in and relax. It did not disappoint. We were welcomed with warm hospitality, and a clean and comfortable place to stay. The hosts were super responsive, and helpful. I would definitely book again, and would recommend to someone looking for a place that is private and peaceful.

Cabin 28 is a perfect spot for a getaway, my husband and I spent 5 days here for our second wedding anniversary. We loved the coziness of the cabin and sitting in the hot tub under the stars. All-around great time and beautiful place! Dustin was also quick to help when we ran out of propane and ensured the place is stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us, it was a perfect place to disconnect from our hectic lives and spend some quality time together!

I stayed in the area when I was volunteering for the Canadian Open, I really appreciated the quiet peaceful cabin to come back to. Jason's place is absolutely perfect for a restful getaway. The trails behind the property are incredible. The little village of Erin had some nice restaurants and a great little grocery store if you want to cook in. Jason was very friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely book this again if I am in the area.
