Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Wald und schon ist man an romantischen Badeplätzen m. einzigartiger Aussicht auf die Berge und sensationellen Sonnenuntergängen über dem See. Modern vacation apartment for 2 people in the ecological wooden house on Lake Starnberg. The 50 sqm apartment with separate entrance has a spacious kitchen-living room with south-facing views of the forest edge, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernried Nature Park and the lakeshore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. A private parking space is available on the property. For bicycles, there is storage space.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
