The apartment is on the ground floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor. The open, bright living, kitchen and sleeping area with unobstructed views of Lake Hainer can become the center of your vacation time together. Hainer See is part of the Leipzig Neuseenland and is located right next to the municipality of Kahnsdorf in a relaxed environment with lots of nature.

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

In our apartment, you can enjoy your vacation in the immediate vicinity of Saxony's most vibrant metropolis. With Lake Kulkwitz, the oldest and cleanest lake in the Leipzig Neuseenland is also right outside the door. It's only 7 minutes away by bike. Bikes are available for free rental. Thanks to the train station within walking distance (3 min.), you are at Leipzig Central Station within 15 minutes. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Everything is fully equipped.

The apartment has a large terrace and the garden can also be used. Here you can end the evenings comfortably with a glass of wine or a barbecue.

A lovingly modernized trailer could be your next exciting stop to explore the beautiful area around Lake Zwenkau, discover Leipzig, switch off for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2 x 2 m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall protection for toddlers can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided. Thanks to its integrated heating, the trailer is also well equipped for fall and winter.

The minimalist construction trailer is located on the grounds of the spacious Inspogarten "Aria", which sits on the outskirts of the village on the host's private property. In a 5-minute walk, you are at Lake Haselbach. Visitors love the natural ambiance that the property offers with its huge green living room alfresco.
