If you've ever wanted to experience living in a tiny home while fishing from the backyard come stay here! The second bedroom is a beautiful loft in this 6 year old 900 sq ft lakefront retreat. Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. After a fun day of fishing, kayaking, SUP races, swimming in the lake, pedal boating, feeding the ducks, cornhole, or frisbee throwing enjoy a gorgeous east TX sunset with your favorite beverage and then a fire with s'mores.

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country and the Wildflower Wedding Venue property. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. We have three yurts on the property Honeysuckle, Primrose and the Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.
