The Overwater Bungalow at Sundance

Beach homes are fun, but take things a step further and immerse yourself with 270-degree views of the fjord at this historic boat house. A secret passageway leads to a speak-easy-style bedroom, and then down to a private hot tub where you can soak while watching the sun set over Olympic National Park. Big Beef Spit is a five-minute walk away. A neighboring guest house and caretaker’s cottage are also both available for rent. **Please note that the loft bedroom gets chilly during cold weather.

Prepare to embark on a one-of-a-kind vacation experience in this enchanting retreat that offers beautiful views, high end design, kitchenette, large jetted soaking tub, and beach access with kayaks and stand up paddle board! The studio is the upper unit in an attached large house (there are no shared spaces.)

Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.

Located on a private road in downtown Kirkland, it's easy to enjoy a leisurely walk along the shores of Lake Washington, or to bike or jog the Cross Kirkland Corridor. A great workout is steps away at Crestwoods Park Stairs and Circuit Stations.
