Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lake Washington

Marcell is a great host, friendly and communicative. Very helpful with local suggestions and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the listing is available the next time I’m in Seattle.

We loved our stay in Joseph's place and Gig Harbor. The home is beautiful, the surroundings are peaceful, the beds are very comfortable, and the local restraunts are wonderful. We would have happily stayed all summer if we could have.

We had a great stay while visiting family in the area. The home was clean and comfortable, and included nice touches like wifi and a guitar on the wall. The hosts were proactive and helpful in their communication. Location is near a Fred Meyer and the Tacoma Mall, but still on a quiet street. Also, quite easy to get up to downtown, Ruston Way, and Point Defiance.

Visiting from Bay Area California. This is a cute home very close to point defiance park trails, zoo and aquarium. I was in town to visit friends in Olympia and Seattle. This was the perfect location for me to be away from the busyness of the city and between both locations. Safe private parking and enjoyed my coffee in the yard in the mornings, TV in the evening and it was nice having a kitchen to prep small meals for myself. Comforts of home life instead of cramped hotel.

This cottage is quaint and close to Alki we walked to the beach in about 4 min! Jeanne was able to help out and get us in a tiny bit early which was helpful with an early arrival flight. She was super kind. She met us and chatted for 20 min about the house upon arrival. (Which some people may like or not). We had a lovely time at this cottage! Very clean and we loved having a washer and dryer and she provided beach towels which was helpful. Thanks!

By far the best short term rental we have ever had! If you value the old school rental experience, this is the perfect place for you. The cottage is in beautiful, clean and in updated condition. The hosts are warm and welcoming - friendly and not intrusive at all. They reached out prior and had the cutest welcome basket with snacks and champagne. I can’t say enough about the space and surrounding areas! We had a blast using the kayaks and paddle board, and the hosts even dropped off some pool floats to use in the lake as well. Kitchen was stocked well, beds were comfortable and moderately firm. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. We will be back!

Victorias place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The Captains Quarters are a must stay place if you’re in long branch/lakebay. It felt like we were truly a captain of a ship, especially since the view was absolutely amazing. Victoria was so responsive, kind, and gave local recommendations. The private beach is even more gorgeous than the pictures, and it felt like a getaway from home. Our only regret is that we didn’t do more on the property! Would definitely stay here again. Props to Victoria and the amazing space!

Great location with all the amenities you need and beautiful area. Was there for three nights felt very comfortable & extremely safe. Stephanie was a wonderful host and very friendly. She shared lots of good info on places to eat & things to do. Highly recommended if you need a place in the area that’s clean and close to all the good stuff! Hopefully available for my next visit as it would be my 1st choice to stay there again.

Great and safe place to stay in Seattle. Enjoyed the house and the location was awesome! Great for taking a bus to downtown but also some fun things within walking distance!

Alex's place was ideal for our five-day stay in Seattle. It is located near the freeway, yet in a quiet neighborhood with a secluded feel. It is close to restaurants and parks, and it's an easy drive downtown. The garden apartment is clean and very comfortable, with a shared laundry facility and MANY great amenities. (Frankly, more than I have seen in almost any other Airbnb, and we are frequency travelers.) We did a lot of hiking in the area and made good use of the wide array of great snacks. The bed is a comfortable king, also something that's hard to find in smaller Seattle homes. We appreciated the attention to details, comfortable sitting area with a large TV, slippers, robes and throws. Though we went through a heat advisory while there, the apartment was cool and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the potted herb garden at the entrance, and easy check-in/out experience. A few things to mention: there is a reason why the rating is 4.99. The place is great for those looking for a full unit. The location is nearly unbeatable as far as beauty, walkability, things nearby and and proximity to other locations (shopping, fitness, downtown). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I will note that my GPS pointed me to the wrong side of the street, so that is something one may need to consider.

Janice was super responsive. The cottage was very comfortable. Only issue was early morning chainsaw action by a neighbor on Friday, but otherwise my experience was very calming and the view is pretty. Lastly, the cookies were awesome! Thank you!!!

Catherine was super sweet and welcoming, and the place was very spacious and clean! I booked the AirBNB for my parents visiting from Florida, and they loved being able to walk to Macrina every morning for pastries and coffee. :)

Saffy and Jeff were just so wonderfully friendly. I felt incredibly welcome and so relaxed in their home. It was delightful to spend time each morning chatting with them over coffee. Everything else was ideal for a stay, lovely bedroom, clean large restroom always available, easy parking and walking distance to a restaurant (Sully's) with an epic view of the Puget Sound.

Was a great experience very clean and remarkably quiet being walking distance to downtown. Jimmy was very friendly and an outstanding host. He offered ideas for local sights and I especially appreciated to historical talks regarding the area. Most of all I appreciated him checking in several times throughout my stay, just to make sure I had everything needed. I didn’t need anything at all, but the jester shows how much he appreciates his guests. I have already and will continue to recommend his place.

Amazing stay at this gem. What a great, authentic BnB style. Loved all of the food provided, Storyville coffee was to die for, and extremely comfortable stay. Would definitely come here again.

Catherine was great! Despite us being late, she still was helpful and really kind. We really enjoyed all the accommodations, snacks, amenities, etc. She was great and the place was awesome.

We loved our stay at this townhouse! We arrived late after an international flight to find cozy comfy beds, a clean spacious kitchen and a great place to sit down and chat with each other. Not to mention the coffee machine stocked with pods! And the hosts’ incredible friendliness and willingness to make it a great stay for us. We loved exploring the Queen Anne neighborhood and enjoyed an easy walk down to lake union park. The townhouse is tucked away in a nice quiet street and it was easy to get to downtown and also to Ballard for the farmers market. We would totally stay here again!

I found Paul and Linda to be exceptional hosts! Very friendly and inviting. Also, Paul is a great cook with an amazing breakfast ready for you every morning! Which is such a great way to start off the day. They go out of their way to make sure your stay feels comfortable. I would highly recommend a visit!

Lisa and Ed were fabulous hosts, very welcoming and gracious. The breakfast that was provided was above and beyond anything we expected. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we were provided with all the amenities we might need. The location is peaceful and quiet but close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area, can’t thank them enough for their hospitality.
