Holiday rentals with beach access in L'Albufera

Julia was great! She met us for check in and was super responsive when we needed anything or had questions. I would highly recommend!

L'appartement d'Antonio est superbe pour un séjour à Valencia. Antonio était très sympa et accueillant, et l'appartement est juste en face de la plage.

Wij hebben twee geweldige weken gehad in Cullera en appartement was fantastisch. Super mooi uitzicht, rustig, van alles voorzien en ochtendzon. Je hebt wel absoluut een auto nodig om bij het appartement te komen en kunt daar prima parkeren. Je rijdt de berg af en bent gelijk bij een heel mooi strand en met vijf minuten ben je bij de Consum supermarkt. Het is vijftien minuten naar het station in Cullera, waar er elk half uur een trein naar Valencia gaat. Het openbaar vervoer is zowat gratis, daar kun je niet zelf tegen rijden. Er loopt een hele mooie wandelroute van zo'n 14 km achter langs het appartement over de berg en deze komt ook langs het kasteel in Cullera. Onderaan de berg links en dan 10 minuten lopen zitten de restaurants Benavent en Mare e Monti, in Cullera centrum zit Desi en verder naar zuiden bij de rivier zit Casa Salvador. Vicente en Gonzalo, nogmaals bedankt en misschien tot ziens.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé à deux minutes à pied de la mer, idéalement placé à proximité de toutes les commodités. L’appartement était propre, bien agencé et surtout très fonctionnel, avec la climatisation dans toutes les pièces – un vrai plus pour le confort. Les propriétaires ont été adorables : ils nous ont permis d’arriver très tard sans aucun supplément et nous ont même laissé repartir à midi, ce qui nous a permis de prendre notre temps. Une belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter !

Jorge was wonderful and responsive! The apartment was incredible, and 1 minute walk to the tram or Bus into Valencia. we will be back for sure!

the rooftop balcony is the definitive highlight of this place. direct access to the beach, which is not crowded at all. all in all everything was great. Only downside, as we were traveling with kids and were cooking and bbqing, a dishwasher would have been great. But this did not stop us from having an amazing time. we will for sure come again

Nous avons été plus que ravi de notre séjour , la maison est incroyable , la vue magnifique et on s’en lasse pas une seconde ! À la hauteur de nos attentes voir plus pour tout vous dire ! La propreté et la déco de la maison nous laissant se sentir comme chez nous , rien à re dire , la communication avec Diego était sans problèmes à notre arrivée malgré l’heure tardive et tout au long du séjour . Si nous revenions à Valencia nous retournerions ici incontestablement . Merci ☺️

Apartment and location were perfect for our stay in Valencia. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Wir hatten leider nur 4 Tage Zeit, aber Valencia ist immer eine Reise wert. Eugenia war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hell, alles da was man braucht. Sogar Klappliegen und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, der etwa 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Matratzen sind super.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Silvia. De locatie is goed, strand op 5 minuten lopen, fantastische restaurants in de directe omgeving en het centrum is ook goed bereikbaar. Een fiets huren is een aanrader! Silvia is met recht een 'super host'! Heel gastvrij, heel aardig, behulpzaam, snel in haar communicatie en ontzettend flexibel in aankomst- en vertrektijden (mits de omstandigheden dit toelaten uiteraard). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de inventaris is uitstekend op orde, bedden liggen goed en de badkamers zijn modern en goed uitgerust. Al met al een aanrader!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

Juan est particulièrement accueillant, sympathique et attentionné. L’appartement est parfait : calme, avec une superbe vue dégagée, proche d’un immense parc, très bien équipé et très propre. La literie est très confortable. Tout était parfait, dans les moindres détails : café, boissons, lait, gâteaux, gel douche, shampoing, armoire à pharmacie, … Je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement Juan et je louerai son appartement à nouveau sans aucune hésitation. Un grand merci, tout était formidable.

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Muy buena estancia en el apartamento de Roberto. Ha estado pendiente tanto él como su padre de todo lo que hemos necesitado. El apartamento está estupendo, con una playa bonita y tranquila cerca, el apartamento tiene unas vistas de la costa fenomenales

Mi estancia en este apartamento ha sido absolutamente perfecta. El lugar está impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto. Todo funciona a la perfección y se nota que se han cuidado todos los detalles para que la experiencia sea cómoda y agradable. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido excelente en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiría sin pensarlo. ¡Un 10!

La estancia está todavía mejor de lo que se ve en las fotografías. Vistas increíbles y todas las comodidades a nuestro alcance. Además, María José es una excelente anfitriona. Nos informó de todo detalladamente y estuvo dispuesta para cualquier cuestión que nos surgiera.

Apartamento impecável e 100% funcional. Estava tudo muito limpo e o apartamento é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Eva foi muito solicita, me deixou fazer o check in mais cedo e respondia com agilidade. O apartamento tem todos os utensílios e amenidades disponíveis e tudo estava funcionando muito bem. Localização excelente! Voltaria com certeza!
