The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette / anteroom, a bathroom with shower / toilet and balcony. The room has a comfortable king-size bed (1,8 m wide), a wardrobe, a dining table and a table for working. The apartment is located in a green and quiet district of Klagenfurt close to lake "Wörthersee" and the University. The infrastructure in the neighborhood is very good and within walking distance. The city center can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

This compact , newish, light & cosy appartment-perfectly situated , a little private paradise but still so close to everything.. 5 min from the center, 5 min from the Wörthersee & Stadium and just 30 min from the slo&italian boarder! Train and Busstop a couple 100m's away,aswell as shops and restaurants. If you want a relaxed holiday, just stay a night for a concert or wedding, traveling through or a cycling holiday? The place really has everything you need for relaxing days/nights. Everything is super well maintained & in mint condition. The rooms are bright and very nicely furnished. Overall, however, everything is a little smaller - i.e. with 4 people it can get a little cozier in the long run. The parking lot has plenty of room for several vehicles.

You can feel absolutely comfortable here. Furnished with a lot of love, everything you need is there and perfectly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in a long time. The location is fantastic and super quiet. Dieter and his wife are very warm people and take excellent care.

Super friendly family! You can walk directly to the shops you need. House clean and everything you need is available. House is also equipped with more than I expected. Beautiful garden where you can also eat together! Great! Would book again :)
