Everything as described. Domenico responded directly to questions and was also directly on the spot when we needed his help. The accommodation has everything you need and the location is also great. We can really recommend it.

We were two at Silvio's and enjoyed the stay very much. There was a large bed and a large, very comfortable sofa bed. We were able to park in front of the house on the street and explore the area from there. Silvio was a very friendly host for us, who was always available and who could also help us with the purchase of a property. Pizzo and the surrounding area are worth a trip, beautiful old town and many very good restaurants (definitely eat the pistachio Tartuffo at Dante's) with wonderfully long secluded beaches. We will be happy to come back.

A perfect little villa in a truly enchanting setting! The house is located within a beautiful residence, with attention to the smallest details, quiet and very safe. The accommodation is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need, parking in front of the house for a comfortable stay. Well-maintained green areas and common services. The villa is equipped with all the garden equipment, deckchairs, chairs, and tables where you can also comfortably eat or have a good coffee, surrounded by greenery. Convenient location to reach the sea and the main attractions of the area. Owners (David and Katrin) are kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended!

Concettas's house is more than just a place to stay, it's an experience! Nicola showed us around and pointed out interesting aspects of the home. From the huge, old, front door key, to the stair-well trap door to great extra space, it was a great way to arrive. It's old, but well-restored, quaint, cosy and unique. The outside terrace is great for having meals and just for sitting, absorbing the sounds. Concetta and Nicola are great hosts - very friendly and Concetta gave us recommendations of restuarants and places to visit. We loved it and were sad to leave.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We didn't miss anything! The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Large cozy terrace to linger on. Communication with Antonio was very good. No matter what the concern, he helped immediately. The beach is very close with a beautiful sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home. Highly recommended. Thanks also to Antonio's parents, who welcomed us very warmly and helped us whenever necessary.

We were greeted by the father-in-law who helped us with the suitcases. The house is very spacious with a large terrace where you have a beautiful view. The bed sleeps well, shower also nice. It is a small cozy village with few facilities. You have to drive down to get there. Please note, Google sends you the wrong way, always keep left when you drive up.

Beautiful location of the accommodation. A large balcony terrace overlooking the Torrazzo inlet and the Caminia beach with the possibility of access via a short path (10 minutes) make it something unique. Ideal accommodation for 6 people with a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Breakfast, aperitifs and dinners to tell friends and pass on to posterity. The municipalities perched on the hills above (Stalettì, Squillace and Montepaone...) offer experiences and quality for both savory and sweet food. The sea is as epic as the stories and myths of the place.

Great room in a lovely old building. Very clean and newly renovated, perfect location close to the historic town centre but far enough to be quiet at night. Walking distance to everything!

This was our first trip to this area and we hope to return. The location of Angelo’s place was an excellent base to explore the area. We enjoyed the beach below and did some snorkelling with lots of fish. We did not require much from Angelo while there but when we did he responded promptly and was very friendly. We would highly recommend Angelo’s place!

A wonderful place...we highly recommend it!

Camilla’s home is absolutely gorgeous—my friend and I are already scheming to return! It’s thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, with great views of the town and ocean. The street it’s on is absolutely adorable and has many cafes and an incredible gelato place. Camilla and her charming husband made checking in and out easy, and they have plenty of local recommendations. Staying at their home was one of the highlights of our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It’s very well equipped and has everything you may need during your holiday. The location is great and really close to all the restaurants, cafes and there is a lovely market right outside the building. The balcony view is unmatched. Overall great experience and we will definitely return!

The photo’s don’t do any justice as to how beautiful this place is. I’ve stayed in many places over the years and this is my favourite spot, easily. The views from the house are incredible. The home itself had everything you need and more. If you are wondering if you should stay here, you absolutely should. Many places are just in walking distance, coffee, restaurants etc My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer and that we did have some sort of our own transportation. The host gladly picked us up from the train station, gave us a number of recommendations and was overall a wonderful host. Just beautiful! I would stay here again and again.

The apartment and location was better than expected. We had not been to Tropea before and did not have a good sense of the town layout. We were ideally located, a very short walk to the old town all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment has wonderful large balcony that provides the best sunset view - why fight the crowds? Sunset aperitivo on the balcony was a highlight. Access to the station is also good, although it is a long walk with bags (15 min) - easy downhill from the station, more challenging heading up the hill. Lidia was a great host, provided very responsive help for checkin and was available and responsive throughout our short 4 day visit. The apartment is well set up with all the advertised amenities. One minor downside was that the apartment is opposite a popular bar that can be noisy until late. Fortunately the windows and apartment were quite well sound proofed. We had a wonderful stay in Tropea. Thank you Lidia for hosting us!

We had a wonderful family vacation in the apartment! The location of the apartment is very quiet and yet central. There are 3 different beach sections (free and equipped) within walking distance, even with our 2 and 3-year-old children. There are many restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors within walking distance and you basically don't need a car for all your daily needs. The apartment is renovated with a lot of love, the mattresses are new, everything for a pleasant stay is available. Domenico was a great host, he even expected us with everything we needed for breakfast, as we arrived on a Sunday evening. He responded quickly, friendly and helpful to all inquiries. We highly recommend both the apartment and Domenico as a host! Thank you again for the hospitality!

Rachael’s place was perfect , very clean and very well equipped with good quality furnishings and appliances and lots of essential bits and pieces in the pantry. A short walk to the piazza where there were lots of restaurants and great places for morning coffee and biscotti. The beach is a short walk and Tropea is just a train ride away and definitely worth a visit. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and peaceful … loved watching the swallows on their never ending quest for insects 😁 Rachael is an amazing host and always responsive … we had an issue with our train to Naples and she was so helpful. Thankyou Rachael for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment … we loved our quiet little village of Pizzo❤️

Would stay here again... Francesca is extremely responsive and helpful. She answered all of our questions and guided us regarding the area. She went above and beyond. Even having someone help us with our luggage up to the room. The location is very convenient and just a minutes walk from the main street. Great experience!!

The location of the apartment was wonderfully centrally located - right in the heart of Pizzo. We were in town over the Easter holidays and were thus able to follow the processions - even from the balcony of the apartment. Pizzo is a very nice place with great Italian flair and likeable inhabitants. The beach is also beautiful. The view of the sea is magnificent and everything was available. The kitchen is a separate space which is very practical. Once we had a problem with the window, Stefania was there right away. As compensation, she left us delicious pasticcini. She responded to our questions right away and was very helpful to us. At the beginning, she reserved a parking space for us. Thank you for the wonderful time in Pizzo.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation was great as well as the view. We enjoyed spending time in the apartment and in the area. Everything was very well furnished and everything you need was available. We will be happy to come back.
