Vous êtes indépendants et disposez d’un jardin et terrasse.

Perche house 150 km W Paris, charm and comfort

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Holiday Cottage in the heart of the Perche (10 min from Bellême and 50 min from Le Mans) for up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the first floor of an old outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the percheron countryside and admire our vegetable garden. Looking forward to welcoming you to our haven!

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

If you are looking for an atypical place to get away from the daily stress and reconnect with nature, this is the place. Quiet and elegant cabin, without neighbors, surrounded by nature. Enjoy a spacious and elegant cabin with equipped kitchen, sofa bed facing the fireplace, a beautiful bedroom with en-suite bathroom with spa. Relax on the terrace, dive into the outdoor hot tub and enjoy a good barbecue dinner after a short nap in the hammocks.

5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

Very nice 13th century tower.

This accommodation has a lot of history since the construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to bring it up to date, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. You will find on the ground floor a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
