In the largest nature reserve in Belgium, "Hoge Kempen", our cottage is located in the middle of the forest on a small & green recreation park in Lanaken. It is the ideal place for hiking or cycling. In addition to the wooded area, culture and recreation are also a stone's throw away. Within 15 minutes you are in the lively center of Maastricht and 40 minutes in Liège. In short, best of both worlds 🫶🏼

Little Punthuisje

Relax and get inspired in this artistic simple forest cottage from 1979, located between the tall trees on a small holiday park near Maastricht. In this park you will find a lovely quiet and clean private swimming lake. In the garden there is an outdoor fireplace where you can light up your sappled branches and a small simple BBQ. A hammock between the trees, and a picnic table. In the house you will find herbs for cooking and other basic things that I hope you feel at home right away. Welcome!

Our sunny detached chalet is located on a 450 m² site, in the middle of the forest on a recreational domain in (Gellik) Belgium. Less than nine kilometers from Maastricht, where we live the landlords themselves. The domain borders the Hoge Kempen National Park, where it is for nature lovers to enjoy. The activities are numerous: from cycling, hiking, horseback riding, etc. Or a city trip to Maastricht. At the chalet there is a lockable shed where you can put a maximum of 2 bicycles.

A High Dimensional Space

Charmant en eigenzinnig huisje op een kleinschalig vakantiepark waar rust en natuur centraal staan. Het park ligt aan de rand van Nationaal Park Hoge Kempen. Wakker worden met de fluitende vogeltjes en met een beetje geluk zie je een eekhoorn de boom op rennen. Je bent te voet of op de fiets meteen in het bos. Het Albertkanaal ligt op 10 minuten wandelen. Er is een taverne met zeer schappelijke prijzen, een speeltuin voor kinderen en er lopen zelfs een paar alpaca's rond.

We had a great weekend. The cottage was clean and complete, equipped with everything. The hot tub is really an added value!! It was so warm on Saturday that we didn't have to heat it 😊 Yasmina provided us with information quickly and enthusiastically. In short, a great👍🏼👍🏼

super nice gypsy wagon decorated with love and attention to detail. I enjoyed it together with my labrador. Plenty of opportunities for hiking. You can walk into the forest. Very close within walking distance, there is a tavern to sit on the terrace or eat a bite to eat. I myself cooked and ate on the veranda by the gypsy wagon. Everything is available in a clean kitchen. Bathroom is narrow and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Shower also perfect as well as perfect Wi-Fi and could also work for hours. Especially enjoy a lot of time in a beautiful place in a park with privacy and cozy atmosphere. Being able to visit my family and friends. recommended! come back soon

We enjoyed this wonderful bungalow in the countryside together with our dog! Enough crockery, pans & cutlery available in the cottage, very nice. Quiet park with swimming ponds, brasserie with a nice menu around the corner and in a beautiful nature reserve. We certainly hope to come back to Susanne & Niek, who also respond quickly and very kindly to questions. Recommended!

We had a very nice stay in the cozy forest cottage Moose. Cozy decor and also with rainy weather we know how to entertain ourselves in the cottage and also in the area. Between the showers, we took a walk to brasserie aspermans, definitely a tip! In addition, a visit to Maastricht. The beds in the cottage sleep wonderfully. Furthermore, communication with Saskia was fast and clear. In short, definitely worth the money for a very nice stay!

Had a very nice stay in Michtel. The area is quiet and green, ideal for getting away from it all. The jacuzzi was great and the fireplace made it extra cozy in the evening. Everything was clean and in order. Really a nice place if you love nature and a little comfort.
