Appartement dans une villa de caractère située dans le quartier de Balmoral au dessus de la ville de Spa (3 km) et à 12 km du circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. Studio with an interior that has its own touch, because my heart lies with decorating and styling homes. The studio is part of a formerly farmhouse and has been recently renovated. Authentic details have been preserved. The forest adjoins the house for a nice refreshing walk. Large cities are easily accessible and the beautiful hilly country is in the vicinity. The studio is located on a main road.

studio54 - in Ceramique - Close to all!

You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment is situated in a beautiful countryside surrounding. You can relax with us. Or you can spend your time with cyclists, hiking or shopping. The cycling and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and shopping center Maastricht, Roermond are all very close.( approx. 20 min.)
