This stylish, spacious house has been been renovated to a high standard and is a stone's throw away from the beautiful Lancing beach, famous for kitesurfing, but ideal for all water sports, or you can take a lovely stroll at low tide on the sand and visit the cafe overlooking the sea. The property is situated between Shoreham and Worthing, with Brighton a few miles away, which all offer a diverse range of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. The south downs is close by offering some great walking.

16th Century Blacksmiths cottage

This is a 16th Century Blacksmiths cottage, with your own private access. Please note this is very narrow and so would not recommend if you are struggling to walk unaided or if you are in a wheelchair. We do not offer breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities. There is a large brand-new shower enclosure in the bathroom. We recommend this would suit a family of 3 comprising of 2 adults and 1 small child, we do not accept all men or all women parties. Only 1 bed, and 1 sofabed

I stayed at Claire's lovely place as I had come to Worthing on my own to see a gig. Claire was really welcoming and helpful from the outset. She was happy for me to be in the flat by myself. She had provided some thoughtful extras which were welcome. The flat is beautifully styled: it is a lovely place to spend time in. A perfect solo getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's home, from the communication beforehand to meeting her at check in. The room itself was perfect for us, very clean and really well decorated, we felt welcome as soon as we got there. There is plenty of space and a full working kitchen with lots of equipment. The accommodation is in a great location close to shops and the estuary and the sea. Maria provided us with a parking space and we felt very safe in the area we stayed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maria's place to anyone and we will hope to return. Thank you!
