Cottage is attached to 16th century Farm House but has a separate gate and private entrance and garden, independent from the house. There is a Gas BBQ should you wish to dine outside or star gaze.

The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
