Lovely Annexe - dog friendly
Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

16th Century Blacksmiths cottage & beachhut option
This is a 16th Century Blacksmiths cottage, with your own private access. Please note this is very narrow and so would not recommend if you are struggling to walk unaided or if you are in a wheelchair. We do not offer breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities. There is a large brand-new shower enclosure in the bathroom. We recommend this would suit a family of 3 comprising of 2 adults and 1 small child, we do not accept all men or all women parties. Only 1 bed, and 1 sofabed

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. The Dodge is loved by adults and children and featured in CBBC’s All Over The Place. It is comfy and cosy, sleeps 5 (two doubles and optional single bed).
