Holiday rentals with a patio in Lancing

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

A great little place for the weekend. Had everything we needed with some awesome wine bars and restaurants a short walk away.

My sister and I took our 90 year old Mother (with early stage dementia) away for four days along with our dog and we had such a lovely time. The flat was just as described, fresh clean linen and towelling, a lovely garden and summer house, a good sized kitchen and very comfortable living room and very comfortable beds. The heating kicked in very quickly which was an added bonus too. Christine was quick to reply to any of my questions and we had some great recommendations for restaurants, dog walks, charity shops (the one closest was like an air hanger!) and garden centres to visit. We had a wheelchair to navigate so it was vital to do our research beforehand. It was an extra bonus to find an air fryer in her kitchen - maybe it was on the kitchen list and I missed it! All in all a very lovely stay and I would totally recommend to one and all.

We had a lovely stay. Michael was very helpful over messages and welcoming when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and spacious and just what we were looking for.

Loved staying in Sarah's lovely house. She's very thoughtfully supplied everything you might need, the house is very tidy and gorgeous. She was very responsive and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay here very much. Lesley was so helpful even when we asked for a little help with something. She was very quick to respond. The beds and linen are extremely comfortable. The place is so close to the sea and very close to loads of wonderful restaurants and a short walk to the main central bit of town. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the temperature outside was very varied hot one day and very cold another day so we experienced both the house being cool and comfortable on the hot day, warm and cosy with good heating the other day. Thank you Lesley for a great stay. We said we will book again next time we are in Brighton.

Wendy and Roger made us feel very welcome. They made sure there was coffee, bread, milk etc. 🙏🏼 The accommodation is fully equipped and very, very clean! The environment is breath taking. Id you love nature/walking, this is a great place. Furthermore Brighton is only a 20-minute drive away.

Was only a flying visit, but definitely would like to stay more than one night. Lovely area, quiet, and short walk to the beach-everything was just enough. Only thing I’d mention and agree with other reviewers a small air fryer would round the little kitchen area up nicely. But not a deal breaker and certain won’t stop us staying again.

Beautiful house and felt like a real home from home. Beds were very comfortable and ideal for our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). The property has a stunning kitchen area and the whole house is decorated to a very high standard. Everything available you could need (all the little basics) and more. Lovely touches like a welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits etc. This is probably one of the loveliest properties we have stayed in and so conveniently placed halfway between useful shopping area and the beach. Local park nearby for children too and parking for up to 4 vehicles behind a large secure gate. Only criticism (although minor) is the windows would benefit from blackout blinds as we all tended to wake up early due to sunshine streaming in despite blinds being drawn. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay - would highly recommend this property for family holiday /get together and we are very likely to return.

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

We had a lovely stay. The place was easy to get into with clear instructions. It was very clean with all the facilities you needed, welcome hamper was a lovely unexpected touch as well with lots of little goodies for us to enjoy. Very comfy sofas and beds with clean fresh linen. We would definitely recommend and come again.

Tess and Ed are amazing hosts. Fast and helpful responses. A true English cottage you feel right at home. extremely private. Tess and Ed value this and leave you to experience their cottage as if it were your own. However, they are on hand for advice just next door if needed. Location is brilliant with a very short walk to beach with stopping points on the way. Flat, so no hills and easy access to promenade. I have returned to this flat with my family and will do so again in the future when visiting relative in nursing home. You will not regret staying here, you also will not want to leave. Thank you to such amazing Hosts.

We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s place. We were visiting family in the area, so needed a “home base” that was walkable both to their homes and to pubs, restaurants, and shops, which this spot was. The house was spotless yet charming, and filled with everything we could need during our stay. The garden was lovely, the dining area perfect for family dinners, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Maria was the perfect host - helpful and responsive. We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This was our second time at Alan’s flat. We had such a wonderful time. It’s so close to all the amenities Seven Dials has to offer whilst also being super close to Brighton city centre. We will be back!

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

Second stay at Adrian's at this address, the accommodation is impeccable near the center while being quiet. Good responsiveness from Adrian. There is the necessary basics (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil) and a good refrigerator. Shops are within 10 minutes. I recommend this neat accommodation.

A spotless very cute place. Thoughtful decor and very well appointed. Only improvement would be the supply of a little mop as it rained and it was difficult to keep the lovely stairs clean. It was impossible to abound a little water in the entrance. Other than that tiny little thing we loved it. I will book again when I plan my next trip. I found it perfect for my fishing trip as it is central to whole of the massive harbour system. Emsworth is lovely with lots of pubs restaurants and shops. Fiona was excellent.
