There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

At one end, the main road from Binz closes with the lake bridge, at the other end in extension with the Schmachter See. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion store and the coastal corner, full of barren souvenirs. Many shops line the main road.
