Fishing license is available on site, boat is available to rent for SEK 150 per day. Proximity to skiing and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days for SEK 1000. The house is connected to our residential house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and happy to offer stories and information about the area. Lilla Lyngabo is located with the forest in the back surrounded by lush fields and meadows. Through the large glass sections, you step straight out into nature, from both the bedroom and the kitchen. As the only unique guest, you can enjoy the tranquility and the beauty that surrounds Lilla Lyngabo. Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

The house is located next to a lake that is excellent for swimming and fishing. There is also forest just around the house with several hiking trails and nice berry and mushroom fields. There is a large plot with room for play, and a large trampoline! Or come to enjoy the peace and quiet, and the beautiful view of the lake, which is almost magical, especially at sunset.

You will love my place because of the tranquility, nature, the possibility of hikes, bike rides and the smell of freshly baked bread! If you are tall, mind your head. The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. My accommodation suits couples, loneliness adventurers, business travelers, familys and four-legged friends.
