Located on the left bank of Lorient, you are on the road to the beaches, Erdeven, Carnac, Quiberon and boarding for: The islands of Morbihan. Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat, Île-aux-Moines, Groix, etc.

My house of 50 m2 on one level, is located in a residential area of Lorient, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 20 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes by car from the beaches. Nearby shops are 300 metres away. A private terrace of 20 m2, oriented south-east is at your disposal. Equipped with a table and chairs for 4 people, an umbrella, gas barbecue, 2 armchairs.Private parking space in front of the house and bicycle garage. The little plus: 2 adult bikes available

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Our cottage is completely renovated to accommodate you with access to the wellness area included in the stay with a Jacuzzi for 4 people. The wellness area is accessible and private from 2pm to midnight maximum. Long-distance hiking trails, mountain biking, Vallée Verte. Wake West Park 10 minutes away, Village of Poul Fetan 10 minutes away. Lorient 30 minutes away. Sheets, towels and bathrobes provided.
