Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The clay half-timbered house is located extraordinarily in the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large property. Heating with wood (house & sauna). Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors.

As well as strolling through the colorful Göttingen city center. Restaurant, cafes are easily accessible, as well as culture in the form of theater, cinema, clubs..... Check-in before 4:00 pm may be possible (just ask).
