The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

The apartment is within walking distance about 10 minutes from supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries, and the larger hospitals. The North Campus as well as a whaling area are right nearby, buses leave several times an hour right next to the house and are in the city center in 8 minutes, by bike it takes about 10 minutes to get there.
