Cozy central townhouse from 1880 with wilderness bath in the closed sunny farm. Decorated with many flexible sleeping arrangements. The house is furnished with kitchen-living room with dining areas and sofa arrangement on the ground floor and TV and living room in the basement. On the first floor there are two rooms. Suitable for two (close) families with children or families traveling several generations together. The townhouse is just up the city park and a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street, supermarkets and the harbor.

Located centrally by Rudkøbing Harbour and 5-10 minutes walk to the city center. On the ground floor we find large entrance hall, bathroom and 2 rooms. In addition, there is a large living room/kitchen living room as well as pool and spa department. The first floor consists of a smaller repos and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We reserve the right to collect deposit.

There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

My accommodation is located 250 m from the water with fantastic nature and lots of wildlife. You will love my home because of the coziness, the tranquility, the outdoor spa and lots of practical equipment that makes everyday life easier but still lots of cottage coziness. There is an electric car charger at the house. For Electricity, DKK 4.5 per KWh is paid. Settled after departure, where it is also possible and buy cleaning (500 kr.) 5 min (car) to the grocery store. 1 min (walk) to the beach.

Hosts speak English (fluently) as well as Danish (native). For rentals less than 4 nights there is a fee for usage of the outdoor hot tub.
