The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm on the ground floor, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also includes a patio and a lovely little patio. Townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbour, and a small kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

It is 3 km to the Horse Head, a lovely beach with Denmark's longest jetty, mini golf, etc. The Dodekalite, Knuthenborg Safari Park and the Femerntunnel construction are worth visiting.

Our house is a small old town house, which is not suitable for children during school age.

The house is one of the old and original houses in “skipperbyen” (Skippertown) in the heart of Marstal, build in early 1800’s. The house used to be a bakery (in what is now the kitchen) and a sailmaker once did his magic on the first floor hundred years ago. The house have been restored and brought into the 21st century comforts, while staying true to its history, pedigree and charm.
