The state capital of Munich and its highlights can also be reached within 45 minutes by car. After a busy day, the place also offers various restaurants and ice cream parlors.

The apartment on the 1st floor, Wertachauen has about 45 square meters, was renovated in 2023 and is located in the north part of Türkheim.
