Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! Cozy studio for 2 people in a quiet location in Lenzerheide, Graubünden. Only 7 minutes' walk from the center and close to the bus station. In winter, ski slopes are within walking distance. As soon as the snow is gone, Lenzerheide is known as Bikerparadies. The studio has a kitchen, private bathroom and everything you need for a pleasant stay. A parking space is right in front of the Building. Ideal for couples or solo travelers who appreciate relaxation and proximity to activities.

The apartment is located on a southwestern slope on the 2nd floor at the end of the village of Lenzerheide, overlooking the Scalottas-Danis-Lavoz mountain peaks and wonderful evening sun on the balcony. The nearest bus station (Clavadoiras) is 5 minutes away and the village center, with shops such as: Spar, Volg, Beck, butcher, post office, etc., is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment has an underground parking space with direct access to the house.
