Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close. Newly renovated studio for weekends, short or long vacations, mushroom collectors, train lovers.... In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

Penthouse "Vista Beverin"

Cozy, bright and loving. You will feel right at home in this almost 50 m² attic apartment. The beautiful view of the mountains and the fantastic moods of nature quickly allow you to arrive in the getaway. The many warm woods, natural materials and sleep in the Hüsler nest are particularly cozy. The diverse offerings of the region also lure you outside and leave nothing to be desired. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 toddlers up to school age.

The bright and cozy 2 1/2 room apartment (57 sqm) is located on the first floor of a 4-family house. From the living room and bedroom you have great mountain views. The large living room has a fireplace, a cozy sofa area, a TV and a dining area. The terrace is partially covered with garden access. The open kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, raclette, fondue). The daylight bathroom has a bathtub.

In quiet Lantsch, very centrally located and directly vis-à-vis from Volg is this small, rustic apartment in Tgeasa Rustica (60 m²). It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, dining area, and a large balcony with great views. The apartment sleeps 7 (4 in the bedroom / 3 in the living room). There is a parking space available in the garage. There is a ski room in the house.

Apartment Hotel Schweizerhof

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.

Sunny apartment with beautiful views. Children and tolerable pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with an amazing view!

Die grosszügige Wohnung mit Balkon befindet sich im dritten Stock des B&B's und ist für bis zu 3 Personen. Die fantastische Dachterrasse mit Bergblick vermittelt Ferienfeeling pur. Direkt vor Ort ist auch ein hausgemachtes Frühstück buchbar (falls B&B offen). Bei Buchungen für 4-5 Personen kann nebenan ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit KingSize Bett dazugemietet werden (separates Inserat).

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
