Beachfront holiday rental in Lanusei

Ich habe die Wohnung für meine Eltern gemietet und sie waren absolut begeistert von Fabio. Er ist ein wundervoller, freundlicher und stets hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat sogar für meinen Vater den Fernseher so eingestellt, dass er Nations League schauen konnte. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Fabio hat sogar Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm und Campingstühle bereitgestellt. Besonders hat meinen Eltern die große Terrasse mit dem großen Esstisch und dem Sofa und den Sesseln gefallen. Hier konnten sie die meiste Zeit im Freien verbringen und haben es sehr genossen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sogar ein Thermomix von Vorwerk ist vorhanden. Es gab wirklich nichts, was meine Eltern in der Küche vermisst hätten. Meine Eltern hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür Fabio. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Schöne zwei Nächte in Costa Rei. Lorenzo war super nett und hilfsbereit. Saubere Unterkunft. Super Lage.

Hele fijne plek, heerlijke strandjes met geweldige eettentjes. Neem zwemschoenen mee! Er is maar 1 steenvrij strand, maar nooit te lastig qua steentjes. De nachtboot van Genua naar Sardinië en terug: niet op bezuinigen! Nogmaals; Sardinië is groot, maar binnen een straal van 60 km zie je veel. Geniet van het strand en eet lokaal. Ivo helpt altijd, snel en goed.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse, da könnte man auch locker die Zeit verbringen, wenn nicht so schöne Strände in der Nähe wären. :) Sehr empfehlenswert, gern wieder, tolle Gegend. Und besonders herzliche Gastgeber, da fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Danke dafür!

Hyggelig lille lejlighed med super fint badeværelse, fint køkken med gasblus, køleskab mm. Dejlig altan med udsigt over vandet og tæt ved centrum, og rolige forhold. Der kunne lånes strandudstyr mm - ekstra plus.

L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

Anna a été très réactive pour tout et d’une extrême gentillesse . La maison est comme sur les photos et très propre. La plage est vraiment à 3 min à pied. Je recommande +++

We had a very pleasant stay at Torre di Barri with Raffaele. The apartment is equipped with all essentials and we found everything that we needed. The little town is more lively than expected, which was nice as some restaurants were available in walking distance. The next supermarket is in Bari Sardo, which is 5 min car ride away. I think it makes sense to come with a car. Parking was no problem. The beach is in front of the house. Having breakfast on the balcony with Beachview everyday is fantastic! If you get up early you will also be able to see the sunrise from the balcony. All in all a very beautiful stay and we would like to visit again if we ever have the chance.

Die Wohnung/Haus von Marco ist sehr schön am oberen Hang gelegen, ist mit einer umlaufenden Terrasse ausgestattet und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Es war slles sehr sauber sowie gut und neu eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist auch das Areal um den Pool, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Wir fanden es auch sehr schön, dass der Strand fußläufig erreichbar war. Dadurch kann man abends nochmal zum Strand gehen, der eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und Stimmung bietet. Insgesamt ist Marcos Unterkunft eine schöne Basis für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub! Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass die Unterkunft die obere Etage eines zweistöckigen Hauses darstellt, von dem auch die untere bewohnt ist. Die Eingänge sind zwar separat, aber man ist nicht alleine in der Unterkunft. Uns war diese Tatsache so nicht aus der Beschreibung bekannt und wahrscheinlich hätten wir sie dann auch nicht gemietet. Es war aber trotzdem eine schöne Woche und wir können die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen.

Zur Begrüßung selbstgebackener Kuchen, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Ein weitläufiger Strand vor der Tür (5 min), Blick aufs Meer und wunderschöne rote Berge. Am Eingang eines wundervollen Wandergebietes! Nach Süden ausgerichtet, mit großer überdachter Terrasse. Wir haben die Abende am Pizzaofen ausklingen lassen. Mario und Silvia haben sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles gefällt. Wir haben die Zeit vollstens genossen. Wer Touristenmassen sucht, muss sicherlich woanders suchen. 👍👍👍

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Ariana war sehr freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell weitergeholfen bei Fragen. Vielen Dank.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour chez Dominique. La maison, au sein d'une résidence de tourisme fut une agréable surprise, très propre, bien aménagée et une jolie vue sur la mer et la piscine. Elle offre toutes les commodités nécessaires. Sur la résidence en elle même nous ne pouvons pas être objectif car ayant séjourné fin octobre, rien n'était ouvert. La plage de foxi manna se trouve à 3kms en voiture, la un bar restaurant était encore ouvert. C'est la plage La plus proche de la résidence avec du sable fin. Nous reviendrons volontiers en pleine saison. Merci pour tout à Dominique

El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila, con piscina y una cala a 3 min a pie. Tiene canchas de tenis, fútbol, voleibol. Es necesario contratar servicio de sábanas y toallas si no se llevan. El acceso es muy bueno. Hay un aparcamiento justo alado pero hay que trasladar el equipaje a mano unos 50 metros ya que es una zona peatonal y el coche no accede a la casa. Tiene aire acondicionado lo cual se agradece mucho. El agua no es potable en casi ningún sitio de la isla, por lo que hay que comprar antes de ir. Si no se trae nada de alimentación hay un bar justo en la urbanización para desayunar, comer y cenar. Pero es recomendable parar según se sale del aeropuerto en algún supermercado. De todas formas hay tiendas en urbanizaciones cercanas a 5 min en coche. Pero se debe mirar los horarios porque cierra a medio día. Hay una piscina comunitaria con otras 3 casas. Muy tranquila y relajante.

Wir haben unsere Familienferien zu viert sehr genossen. Pool und Aussicht waren traumhaft. Zusätzlich konnten wir ein Tennisfeld und Fussballfeld rege benutzen. Im Haus war alles vorhanden und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein Steinstrand war gut zu Fuss erreichbar, mit kleinen Kindern allerdings herausfordernd zum baden. Für den nächsten Sandstrand haben wir jeweils das Auto genommen (5 Minuten). Dieser war schön und praktisch. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr flexibel und problemlos. Gerne wieder, vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Excellent stay for a very relaxing 11day holiday with 2 children. Place perfect for the children with additional amenities like night lights which was great. Pool shared with 4 other villas but only 1 other villa occupied and practically had to ourselves. The View from the garden and pool was stunning, better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable villa with air con, great outdoor space, walking distance to the sandy beach (with children age 5 and 3 15-20mins). Beach was perfect for children. Rocky beach 5minutes from the villa but the sandy beach was much better. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor BBQ space (we bought our children’s plastic plates/cups after asking Valentina). Surprised no wifi available and the phone signal was quite intermittent. Valentina was very friendly, proactive, answered questions straight away and had great recommendations. We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Tolle Unterkunft & Erreichbarkeit. Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte & Strand alles sehr schnell & zufuß erreichbar. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Würde die Unterkunft beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen. Danke Lucia :)

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Titos Wohnung ist die vielleicht beste Wahl um in Santa Maria Navarrese unterzukommen. Das große Haus hat eine einmalige Lage, ist zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch und man hat bis zum frühen Nachmittag Sonne. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, zweckmäßig ausgestattet und man möchte eigentlich gar nicht mehr gehen. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, das Auto im Hof stehen lassen und Santa Maria bietet eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Eisdielen. Am nahen Hafen kann man Ausflüge zu den nur per Boot erreichbaren Traumstränden buchen. Wir danken Tito für die Möglichkeit eine so tolle Zeit verbringen zu können. Die Wohnung hatte dabei einen wichtigen Anteil. Einzige Verbesserungsvorschläge wären eine Spülmaschine und einen neuen Grill. Aber da Spülen auch entspannen kann, trotzdem 5 Sterne!

Hospedagem muito tranquila e relaxante. Marco sempre tira as dúvidas. A propriedade dá acesso a uma praia extremamente linda e calma, com poucas pessoas e bem privativa. Tem um mercado no final da rua e alguns bons restaurantes perto. As camas são como na foto, uma beliche e um sofá com 2 colchões. O apartamento em si é lindo, até mais que nas fotos.

Such a beautiful location. We were met in person , and shown around the apartment. It was very comfortable, we were given welcoming drinks and cake. The best feature is the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. We would definitely recommend this apartment

Christina’s villa by the beach in Costa Rei was an awesome place to stay. It was just steps away from a beautiful beach and the Ginepro Beach Club! There is a nice selection on restaurants and a grocery store just a few blocks up the hill. Costa Rei offers quick access to a wide selection of activities and destinations and of course uncrowded world class beaches and the beautiful sparkling clear Mediterranean sea!! We highly recommend Christina’s villa in Costa Rei Sardegna for your next relaxing beachside getaway.
