beautiful accommodation next to supermarket 5 min away , cagliari 20 min away , new accommodation with beautiful amenities there was everything needed and private parking space. Very nice host who offered us local products.

there were three of us here. A lot of space and very very nice house/apartment. More beautiful than in the pictures. Great view from the terrace. Grill/ dishwasher / washing machine, etc. Everything was very clean. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back! Very friendly host. Thanks again!

We loved staying at Massimilianos place. Tortoli is very quaint and the area is very relaxed, safe, and beautiful. The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities one could hope for! Recommended

Very welcoming hosts, accommodation 3 km from a beautiful beach. The Costa del rei is very beautiful and quiet. We recommend it!

Great location in a quiet spot in the mountainous old town of Baunei. When we arrived we found the host had left a bottle of Vermentino wine and local pastries for us. The flat is an old traditional stone building but it has been renovated and it's equipped with everything one needs, including a washing machine. Everything was in working order. The south-facing roof terrace offers an amazing view onto Santa Maria Navarrese, Arbatax and the coast nearby. We also spotted a gecko while chilling on the roof terrace at the sun set.

We were very at ease. Milena was very nice and provided a lot of information about the area. Location and setting, idyllic!

Fabrizio was extremely helpful and attentive with everything we needed. The apartment was just as the pictures, fully equipped for everything you would need on a beach trip. The location was great because it was pretty close to everything by car. We loved the private parking spot, that way you can relax and not be worried about getting your car towed away. Again! He’s a great host with great local recommendations. Worth your money.

Giorgio and Maria are very friendly and friendly. We had a wonderful 10 days with them. They gave us fruits and vegetables and we started playing ping pong. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING GIORGIO and MARIA!

My experience, even if short, at The White Villa was fantastic. The room was spotless, I had a private bathroom with a two-seater Jacuzzi, a laundry room equipped with everything, a large TV and all the streaming platforms available! The villa has a huge parking lot, perfect for my van with a trailer. Giuseppe is a kind and friendly host, I absolutely recommend him. I will definitely come back with my group.

What a lovely place! Great view, right close to the beautiful beach and very private. There was lots of toys and activities at the house so also the kids were never bored! The host was super helpful, when we had some questions she answered straight away, they even had made a great little map to find all the places for shopping, eating and snorkeling. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back

Very nice apartment, except the kitchen which has nothing to do with the modern decor. A large rooftop terrace with a hot tub to relax in the evening🥰!! Although we didn't get a chance to enjoy it because of the wind , there isn't much to see in Sinnai, a small village. On the other hand, there are quite a few supermarkets nearby. Thanks to Elena, a person who is very responsive to any questions. ☺️ There was no coffee maker, so she did everything to get one, accompanied by a bottle of sparkling wine to apologize. 👌 We had a good week at this rental. Thanks again for everything!

The B&B is located in the center of Desulo, a charming village. The interiors were equipped with everything that could be useful for the stay and everything was clean. The self check-in and check-out procedure is extremely convenient. Ilaria has always been kind and prompt in responding. If it happens, we will definitely come back to visit the neighboring villages

Beautiful view with sunrise if you're an early riser! The house is perfectly equipped, just like home! The pool is lovely when it's hot! Anna and Elisabeta are very welcoming, available and responsive We had a pleasant stay with the family!

The accommodation has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. You have about 50m to the beach. Communication with Mauro is so easy. He responds quickly and helps with everything he can. We will definitely come back

We’ve stayed at 70+ Airbnb’s now, but this one stands out - clearly one of the best! Leonardo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the place was brand new with good facilities and appliances, and the views: just fantastic! A couple of evenings with the jacuzzi, a glass of wine and overlooking the stunning surroundings. Also the breakfasts outdoors with the same views. Magical! We were 4 people and came for hiking and did ‘path of the eagles’ and (part of) the Sardinia trail starting at the Foxi Manna beach (look them up at Alltrails - they are really nice). Also very much enjoyed the Foxi Manna beach - pristine and not at all busy in early June. The Jerzu restaurants are within walking distance (it’s a fairly steep walk down) and perhaps not a lot to chose from but the hospitality (and food) was great. We already miss the place and hope to come back one day. Thanks Leonardo - you rock! ❤️

Fabrizio's house is very clean, new furniture, comfortable mattresses, efficient appliances, well equipped both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Convenient parking in the yard. The village of Uta is located near fast roads and has supermarkets equipped with everything. Fabrizio is a great host.

Apartment upon arrival was spotless. Clean and tidy, a very nice space. It was close to supermarkets and a short drive to Cagliari centre - roughly 15/20mins. Black out blinds are incredible and are truly blackout! Aircon is great in both the kitchen/living area and the bedroom, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Washer dryer is great but the dryer isn’t always an option for every item of clothing so a clothes drying rack would benefit the space, along with an iron. Great overall but a couple of small negatives, lack of kitchen knives, only one sharp steak knife and we cooked here on multiple occasions, no clothes drying rack, no iron and minimal coat hangers. Small additions to make it a real 10/10 but the apartment is super clean and tidy and in a good location. We would recommend and we’d stay again knowing what extras we mind need to bring! Alessandro was a great host and was very responsive!

Cristina is an excellent host, always available for any questions or requests. The apartment is spacious, bright, clean, quiet and full of details that made our stay very pleasant. I highly recommend it.
