Monthly Rentals in Lapa

Tânia’s place was perfect! We have a toddler, so we were looking for a location that was quiet, comfortable and centrally located, and this apartment was just that. The bed was comfy and the apartment had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. It was easy to get around by walking or Bolt. There were multiple grocery stores close by, which was really convenient for us with a child. Tânia is an amazing and very helpful host! Thank you so much for the great stay!

We were received at the address provided by the owner's representative who gave us access and explained how it works. Our requests for a few missing pieces of amenities were responded quickly. The owner's representative gave us good support. Given the length of our rental, a full cleaning was done halfway through our rental. The apartment is located in a pleasant neighborhood located a 20-minute walk from the historic center and it is well served by public transport.

A cosy little apartment in a great area of Lisbon. The apartment has everything you need, including a balcony with a beautiful view. The neighbourhood is peaceful, lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. The only downside is getting up and down the stairs to the top floor of the building, especially with shopping or luggage (great cardio though!)

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, aesthetic and well equipped. We felt very welcomed by the gift and the responsiveness of the hosts :) The bed is comfy and the balcony and view stunning, everything as in the pictures. The neighborhood is so nice as well, nice cafes, bars, people, etc. It’s more out the crowded areas which we loved. We would love to return to this place someday. Thank you 🫶
