The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

The property is best suited for a lover of Lapland's nature, history, and silence, who is not afraid of the dark in winter and no mosquitoes in the summer. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

Activities in accommodation: Ice-fishing, snow-shoeing, snowmobilerides or rent it! You need to have a car to get here, it takes 45 minutes from Rovaniemi city.

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. The house has a fireplace, an electric sauna, and a traditional outdoor sauna in the yard, as well as an outdoor fire pit. The bedrooms are located upstairs. The area has excellent opportunities to see the aurora borealis and the starry sky – the night sky can be seen brightly in the midst of nature. Nearby views of Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park.
