Daniele even came to bring homemade wine twice, delicious. The house is so nice "coming home" after a long day away. Wonderful the tranquility in the garden and around the house. We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Ideal location, allowing you to get to the most beautiful places in Tuscany less than an hour's drive away!! Our stay in Domenica's place was absolutely flawless. It's a beautiful surrounding, we stayed for 2 weeks and the house facilitates everything you'll need nicely. Only small drawback is the shower cabin which is somewhat small. But everything you need is in close proximity (if you go by car anyway) and all the go-to places in Tuscany are easy to reach. Domenica was very helpful and offered us own-made food several times which was top notch, especially the pizzas. I can absolutely recommend this place!

Stefania and Maurizio are amazing hosts. They welcomed us personally an described their place extremely well. Upon arrival they shared an online booklet which described the house and all things to do very well. The place is peaceful and nice. Terriciola is also a good hub to explore key things in Tuscany. You easily get to Firenze, San Gimignano and Pisa. When there, don’t forget to visit the wineries around. Stefania and Maurizio will happily share their tips for getting around. The description of the apartment was fully consistent with what was found upon my arrival. The environment is quiet, furnished with taste and attention to detail. I had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place.

Stunning location, local shop for great quality fresh food. Only a short walk into the old town and the train station for excursions further out.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

Great stay! Quiet accommodation, with character. Very good welcome, very available and attentive host. Very good location to discover Tuscany, its beautiful villages and countryside. I would highly recommend it!

We will definitely be back! The location is about 30-40 minutes from the main city in Florence. Federico recommended we rent a car but we didn’t want to drive in an area we were unfamiliar with. We were provided with the bus schedule which was very easy to take to the city. We planned ahead and bought some groceries in Florence before heading back to the property. We got lucky with getting taxis at the property to eat at a nearby restaurant (Ristorante San Martino) but it wasn’t as convenient as getting one in Florence (had to wait a bit). The place was just as described, very relaxing and just what we wanted! All in all a great experience. We were so sad to leave!

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Really nice place to stay, every location we wanted to visit were like an hour away, Artimino is really small but very nice and friendly place with good restaurants and bars or gelateria! Paolo was really helpful even when we arrived around 9pm and we had a little issue he tried to help us as much as he can! I love this place and everything was just perfect and made our stay in Toscana even better! Thank you!🌸

A quiet accommodation with a fantastic view. The apartment has everything you could ever need. The garden is great and there are even a few animals in the yard.

The apartment is gorgeous inside. The kitchen was very well stocked, and quite modern. We had a little trouble finding it, but we are unfamiliar with Lucca. Lovely restaurants in all directions and cute shops. Leandro was a wonderful host . Peaceful and relaxing stay.

Every corner of this house tells a story, you feel spoiled by the design and comfort, it won't take long until you'll feel like home. Easy to discover the surroundings (seaside, Pisa and Lucca are at 30 min, Firenze at 40 min, Montecarlo, Vinci, Collodi - nearer), Gaia will give you local tips and will help you with everything. Highly recommended for medium and long stays.

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.
