Charming ground-floor apartment within our family house in the historical center of Las Palmas. Precioso piso de 120m2 con 4 habitaciones frente al mar con piscina. Tiene 3 habitaciones dobles y 1 habitación especial para niños con una cama pequeña, una cuna y unos pocos juguetes. Consta de 2 baños completos, una cocina, un salón-comedor y un patio cerrado. Se encuentra situado en frente del muelle deportivo. Cerca de todo: restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, hospitales, parques, playas… En estos momentos la piscina se encuentra en mantenimiento y estará cerrada.
