Very bright and friendly apartment in well-kept house. Great service twice a week with cleaning and linen change. We will be happy to come back.

My stay was perfect. Everything close to move around the city without a car and a plus for traveling with a pet. The apartment is very comfortable and above all, very clean. Javier has been attentive at all times, thank you so much. When I come to Las Palmas I will look for accommodation here.

We were 4 friends spending a few days to get to know the island and we couldn't be more comfortable! The apartment complied with everything we needed and its location was key to sightseeing in the area. Also, communication with Ana Elisa was excellent. Highly recommended!

Literally two minutes from the beach and easy enough to get to the old town by bus from Avenida José Mesa y López - the number 17 bus or ‘guagua’. Great restaurants and cafés nearby. The studio itself was fine for one person. Nice and quiet and with a kitchenette and en suite bathroom. I was very comfortable. The staff were great and helped me whenever I needed it. This must have been one of the nicest place we’ve stayed. Beautiful and calm backyard and lovely bbq area. Veri and Gemma were the most welcoming host you could wish for. If you are planning to stay in Mogan I can’t recommend this place enough!

Our stay was wonderful. The location is great since the general street, as I don't explain, Mr. René communicates with the beach. The apartment smells new! We loved it, the cleanliness and tidiness we give it a 10😊... the apartment has everything, we recommend it 100% to spend a good vacation without a doubt! Thank you for everything!!! Together with my boyfriend I had a wonderful time in the apartment. It is exactly as in the pictures. The apartment has all the comforts and super clean. In addition, it is a super nice location, with everything within walking distance and a private parking space in the garage. I recommend this apartment to everyone! Thank you for the good time!

Everything was perfect - the appartment was very big, we were one couple and a baby but can easily fit two couples - kitchen with everything you need to cook. We cooked every day for the baby - bedrooms are just enough to get rest. Sheets clean, comfortable mattress, spacious wordrobe, etc - the place is very quiet, comparing to the lots of other places we've stayed in Gran Canaria I would personally say the appartment is extremely quiet. - beach is around 10 minutes walk. - check in extremely easy. I was a bit late because it was hard to manage with the baby, the host waited for us. Check out as well. We stayed for around 3 weeks here but we'll definitely consider to come back next year

Excellent stay! Amazing spacious, modern, clean and really well equipped apartment. Excellent l, responsive communication from Leticia, made everything smooth and easy. We were really impressed by the flat and hosts and would highly recommend!

We have stayed at La Colonial Suites before, although not in this apartment, but so glad we came back and experienced staying in Atico. Again, it spotless and beautifully decorated. The roof terrace is amazing. Lots of seating, and views over the rooftops to the sea. The area is lovely. Quiet but with many restaurants in walking distance. Have already recommended La Colonial Suites to others and will continue to do so. Thanks again!
