There's a pedestrian promenade to the south that connects the beaches of La Garita, Playa del Hombre, Taliarte, and Melenara. Restaurants on the maritime avenue serve local cuisine. The house has an ideal situation to access the different points of interest of the island. Beaches, capital, tourist areas, airport, restaurants, shopping areas, etc The "Global" bus lines allow you to move comfortably all over the island. Airport: 10 min Las Palmas de GC: 15 min Maspalomas / Playa del Inglés: 25 / 30min Agaete: 50min (Times by car). During the stay it is possible that the maintenance personnel access the outside area of the house for the maintenance of the swimming pool. Guests will always be informed in advance.
