Apartment holiday rentals in Las Negras

Ideal location, close to the beach, coves, hiking trails, and not far from the isleta del moro and these restaurants. Very central for visiting the area. Antonio, Maria and their 8 cats are very nice and welcoming. A small downside on Saturday night when the neighboring nightclub, Le Chaman, had a techno dance party for more than 12 hours. We couldn't hear the music but the bass was there. We managed to sleep well anyway😜. We highly recommend it because it's really a great place.

The apartment is on foot from San Jose beach. There are restaurants almost at the foot of the apartment and a coffee shop just down where we had a great breakfast. It is located in the center of the tourist area of San José and has a wonderful terrace where you can go out in the morning and give you a sun and great views. In the beach of San José it takes 5 minutes short because it is right next to the place. The apartment is very clean, with all the amenities. The coordination to get there was very good. Maria waited for us to give us the keys and the garage remote that was the most because we had no problem with parking. It is a very recommended apartment for those who are looking for comfort, tranquility, rest, beach and a little good food, ice cream shops, shops, etc. 100% recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

I spent a week with my family at Julia's house, and we had a great time! The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need. Good air conditioning and fans in the rooms. Two minutes' walk to the beach. The islet is a great place to go with kids! We'll be back for sure!

Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

Quiet place to disconnect for a few days, the host was very attentive and the apartment had all the amenities advertised, the kitchen was very complete.

Amazing views of San Jose. It is in very quiet and peaceful area. It’s a short walk to restaurants and bars. I can’t wait to return.

The apartment meets all the conditions to be able to enjoy with the family on the weekend. It's in an area where there's no noise. The terrace is very cuqui.

I have never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you are not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. A magnificent apartment with a special view of the most beautiful area of the Paseo Marítimo of Almería. You go down the stairs of the building and you are practically on the beach. Free beach with free working showers available to all. The managers Gino and Lien are fantastic and very helpful people with whom we have also created a great friendship. We spent 4 unforgettable days in total relaxation. Rating 10 / 10. We'll be back soon. Thank you.

Simple, functional furnishings with a beautiful terrace and beautiful views. Very good internet. Garage was available directly on the property. The disadvantage was, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Host was always available for info. Mojácar is a beautiful Spanish village. the beaches are wonderfully maintained and land to linger and walk in. Absolutely recommended with great value for money.

A perfect experience from start to finish. The apartment exceeded all our expectations: clean, cozy, very well equipped and with an unbeatable location. Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. Ideal house for a good vacation, the accommodation has many facilities. The house is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, air conditioning, everything you want to find. Cesar was very attentive and provided us with everything I could. Highly recommended, and the price is really good. Located in a midpoint, if you bring a car you can enjoy many coves.
