Holiday rentals with beach access in Las Negras

We were looking for a place near the beach for a extended weekend get away, the apartments location is fantastic, right on the beach boulevard, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes right on the door step, Lien was incredibly helpful, gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and was flexible in both check in and check out. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on visiting again in the near future!

Spectacular! The amazing house, located in front( less than 15 meters) of the best beach in Mojácar. And Paco and Isma a 10. We will definitely repeat it!!!

Amazing views of San Jose. It is in very quiet and peaceful area. It’s a short walk to restaurants and bars. I can’t wait to return.

The accommodation was nice, the beach right outside the door, on request we could park in the enclosed courtyard. The location was really good and the terrace for eating and watching the sunset was great. In general, however, it was seen that the accommodation was simply a bit "worn out". That was a bit of a shame. Also a little dusty and the kitchen could have been cleaned better, but nothing really bad now. Alex was very helpful and on request he or his aunt was there.

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

Magical! A very nice cottage in a beautiful place. Lovely terrace with an amazing view. The starry sky and the light of the lighthouse made for an extra beautiful experience.

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

One of the best homes in Cabo de Gata! A house of 10 Super clean High-equipped

The apartment is spacious and well decorated, furnished and equipped. We felt very comfortable and welcome there. The views from the balcony and roof terrace were lovely. It is situated right next to the National Park which has fantastic beaches and striking landscapes. It is also close to shops and restaurants. Antonio was a great host - caring and helpful. A good place to stay in San Jose.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

Calaluna did not disappoint! It was everything I had hoped for for a few nights solo break. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The roof terrace is such a cool space to hang out, as is the living area and lower terrace. All day long sun, views of the mountains & beach, sound of the sea by night what more could you want?! The kitchen was well equipped I didn’t have to leave. Cristina was so responsive and helpful, she is a true star. I highly recommend and will be back.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. Excellent tourist complex. Well located and connected, fully matching the description. Very clean and well-equipped house. Perfect. Cristian, an excellent host, very attentive and willing to help and advise. We would repeat the experience.

We were delighted to stay in Jesus' apartment. It is as shown in the photos, the perfect location, a few meters from the beach, parking space, fully equipped kitchen, a spectacular terrace and I wanted to highlight the kindness of Jesus at all times and his attention. 100% recommended. The apartment is faithful to the description and the published photos, you have everything you could need for your stay. A quiet area, super close to the beach, easy parking. We were very comfortable, we will definitely be back. The treatment with Marga and Alfonso has been excellent.
