Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

Rafael was a very responsive host! Airbnb is about 20ish minutes from the strip, nice and quiet and very clean. Close to gas stations, fast food joints and other shops around the area. Definitely recommend for those visiting Vegas 👏🏻

This is a wonderful nested spot in the Palms, and believe me, compared to newer Casinos like Park MGM, this spot is the clear winner. It was very cozy and the aesthetics inside the place are modern, luxurious and beautiful. Highly highly recommend!

Place was great and had everything we needed. Even had the things we didn’t think we’d need. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. There was plenty of parking inside the complex. Only real complaint I had was with wreck it Ralph, upstairs. If you’re a light sleeper and there is someone heavy footed upstairs, you can hear EVERYTHING. Otherwise a great location for what we needed. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Really close to the strip but just far enough to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of being in the heart of it. Would definitely stay here again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

This home was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, located in a great area, and looks exactly as photographed! We held a small family reunion in this house, and it was definitely a great time. The pool was utilized and enjoyed under the Vegas sun. Will definitely stay at another property if they have more options!

Cindy’s place was perfect for my Vegas trip. Only 15 minutes from the strip, which was great because it was peaceful but not far away from all the fun. The local restaurants nearby were amazing too. Everything was clean and it had everything you need for a comfortable trip. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was perfect. 10/10, would highly recommend staying here for your next vegas trip.

This place totally exceeded my expectations! The decor was super cute and made the space feel cozy and inviting. The pool was amazing (I spent so much time swimming and relaxing out there). And the host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Honestly, such a great stay. I’d 100% come back!

This place was wonderful to stay at. It was close to everything and so convenient. Marie was very helpful and responsive. They answered any and all of my questions while staying there. Everything was communicated clearly & as far as instructions. Parking was probably the only thing that wasn’t the greatest but you should make sure to take some change to tip your valet well and they’ll take care of your car for sure.

We had a perfect stay while attending a conference at the MGM. Everything was smooth from booking to check-in and throughout our stay. The unit was clean and well-equipped, and our hosts were communicative and helpful.

Definitely a place to come back to. Walkable to the action, a restful time at the pool, or stay in like your home working. We used the cookware for breakfast/lunch and joined the strip for the abundance of dinner options. Clean and easy check in and out.

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!
