The Holiday apartment Kreuzeck comprises, one double bedroom, lounge, diner with double sofa bed, kitchen with full cooker, fridge,freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with separate shower. The double bed can be separated into two single beds by prior arrangement. Views to the Kreuzeck, Reisseck ranges. Direct access to the large private south facing garden shared only with the owners and other holidaymakers. Garden furniture and benches available. Private entrance, fully self contained.

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Grossglockner area, the National Park "Hohe Tauern".An alpine holiday apartment on two floors in the old farmhouse, on a permaculture farm, with a separate entrance and its own large terrace. This natural house in Mörtschach, which is 100% self-sufficient in energy, was completely newly built in 2015 and is located in a sunny, quiet place. You will live in the detached chalet completely alone, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very cozy. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is closed all around, making it also great for families with children!

Ski storage is available.
