Incredibly suitable! Elizabeth was a super friendly and proactive host. She was flexible with my check-in and very attentive during my stay. The apartment is beautiful and impeccable.

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

Jannes is a kind person and always very attentive to respond. The area where the apartment is located is very safe and there are shops (food and market) within walking distance.

Excellent accommodation as it is in the photos, I would return without a doubt, just one recommendation, they should be more accessible at check-in time because I asked to enter an hour before and they told me that it was not possible because it was booked when in the app it was available and then it gave me the option to pay for an hour before entering, otherwise excellent

Edwin is a kind and considerate host. Furthermore, the location is ideal as it is walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants.

The place was perfect for us:) It was clean, we had a fridge and a little kitchen! The neighbourhood is beautiful as well. We would definitely come again! ;)

I stayed at this place for more than two weeks and the experience was excellent. Olga and Mariana were super attentive and loving from the moment they were. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well cared for and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is perfect, very central and safe, just 3 minutes walk from a shopping center and surrounded by many places to eat. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful and strategic location to move anywhere in the city, without problems and at any time. Restaurants and shopping malls. We were simply delighted with the space. A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

This is a nice place to stay. I would definitely come back.
