Monthly Rentals in Laureles - Estadio, Medellin

Great place for a couple or 1 person. Looked just like the picture. I have booked a single room with no window but if you go on the rooftop you can get an amazing view. The staff at the front desk were always attentieve and when we needed something they did deliver this. Furthermore, great area with a lot of restaurants, street foods, bars and clubs. I would definitaly stay here again

It is a cozy room. The shower is spacious with a great temperature range and excellent water pressure. Jose is very friendly and helpful and the place is clean with no insect/ pest issues. The wifi is excellent. The refrigerator, microwave, TV and washing machine outside all work well. It is about a 15 minute walk in one direction to the Floresta Metro, and a 15 minute walk in another direction to the heart of the Laureles restaurant zone. It is in a quieter part of town, however the rooms are not well soundproofed and you can hear noises coming from inside the other apartments. This is not Jose's fault though, as it is a design flaw of the building. It can also get hot, but there are two fans (which both work very well) and the windows can be opened. The mattress is okay, but it is starting to get to the point where it should be replaced. Overall, I recommend this place.

Clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and a nice balcony. Restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. Prompt responses and friendly staff. Thank you for hosting us.
