Loved staying here! The place was super clean and the views of downtown were amazing. It’s in a great spot — I could walk to pretty much everything I needed. My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Marina's place. It's in a great up and coming neighborhood and very close to the river, which has beautiful, clean and safe trails that take you all the way downtown along the river. The apartment is exactly as described and very clean, with a very modern kitchen and bathroom. The bed is a little small (I thought it was supposed to be a queen but looked more like a double and unless you are cozying up to someone, it's not for 2 people). But there were extra sheets and blankets in the closet and the couch was also quite comfortable. The only strange thing which I didn't realize was that this apartment is a sectioned off portion of the main house turned into it's own apartment and the owner lives in the main house.

We were lucky enough to stay at this cottage and it was an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to Nancy and her spouse, hosts of rare kindness and exemplary dedication. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. Always available and attentive, they did not hesitate to lend us personal belongings, to help us in different situations and to ensure that our stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Their generosity and hospitality really marked our time here. Beyond their incredible helpfulness, they are people of great sympathy, with whom it is simply nice to exchange and share moments. Thanks to them, our stay was even more memorable. We will come back without hesitation and recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a beautiful place with exceptional hosts. Place was great for a few days exploring Ottawa.

We loved the stay at Victoria’s place. It was clean, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable! Rooms Looked just as described in the photos and kitchen had everything that we needed! I especially loved having a baby high chair to feed my little one! I absolutely enjoyed the stay and would love to visit again.

A quiet relaxing stay even with the mix of dogs, goats, chickens, rabbit, pigs and ducks. Swimming in the lake was beautiful and hiking at Mont Morissette a must which is not far from Jennifer’s place. Definitely would recommend.

I booked this for a late birthday celebration of a loved one. We were in awe of how beautiful it was! The view when you sit down at the dining counter in the morning is breathtaking. I was thinking of ways to actually buy the place lol! There was definitely a feminine touch that i noticed right away: Q-tips, round cotton pads, tampons. It was so thoughtful and refreshing to see something different, i love having q-tips wherever i go. Another thing, i was not prepared to how much kitchen ustensiles, seasonings there were. They really thought about EVERYTHING! flour, sugar, different sizes of skillets, etc… i plan to rebook again and again! It was worth every penny. I honestly wish more airbnb owners were this considerate in their planning. From the multiple games in the living room to the extra blankets in case it gets cold, there was a genuine thought behind it. The place is decorated so beautifully and cozy, got me thinking of moving in the mountains. Thank you so much Alex & Sarah!

Amazing, well kept place. Had a great fully stocked kitchen. A lot of large and comfortable beds. But warning the small road to the cottage has a lot of pot holes. The lake is very nice and the dock is large and well kept. Just a long and steep walk to the lake, so a little slippery if it has rained.

Was private and isolated as described for a nice lovebird weekend off, would definitely recommend and honestly, already recommended to a lot of friends !

Took a solo trip up to this beautiful cabin and it was exactly what I was hoping for! Breath taking view coupled with amazing amenities. Worth the trip!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. The location is gorgeous as well, very quiet and surrounded by nature.

The place was cozy, clean, and looked just like the pictures. The beautiful views and serene surroundings made the stay so worth it! Lake access by car was not as easy to find (Apple Maps will lead to you private property) but you can drive into town easily and walk by the docks. Definitely recommend a sunrise/sunset trek :)

This airbnb deserves more than 5 stars. There isn't anything in the airbnb that feels cheap. The standard set of airbnb-specific qualities of a place -- too few plates, cheap knifes, cheap furniture, cheap bedsheats... this place has none of that. Everything was super comfortable and felt like an item that a reasonable person might make as a forever-purchase in their own home. I booked this place primarily for the sauna/gym access (gym is great, sauna was standard, didn't get quite hot enough for my liking but honestly to be expected in a giant shared condo sauna). But I was pleasantly surprised at just how comfortable the apartment itself was.

Really a great stay, everything was perfect! The accommodation is new, clean with all amenities. Near restaurants with a good morning coffee. Having my little dog with me was clearly a plus! Definitely would recommend 😊
