Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.
