Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Above Locarno in a beautiful garden, very quiet. From public parking/bus stop about 120 m. Parking house 50 steps. Pergola and garden seating, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi. Kitchen, shower, toilet. Wonderful views of Locarno and Ascona! Parking is subject to a fee, from 7 am to 7 pm, cost: 1 hour CHF 0.80, Sundays & holidays free. Longer stays are also possible. Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.

Ai Ronchi Apartment

Located in a recently renovated building from an environmental point of view, that is, the hot water and heating are generated by a thermopump. Electricity is supplied by photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the building. The apartment is comfortable, furnished in a modern style, located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house overlooking the road that leads to the Verzasca Valley. Taking advantage of the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

Grottino, the modern, bright apartment

Our Casa Rossa offers a separate apartment with the Grottino. It is a studio and has no separate rooms, see photos. For our guests there is room for retreat, relaxation, comfort, private kitchen, sunny residential area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (crib available). Our small, authentic Rustico is located between the villages of Contra and Mergoscia (about 30-40 minutes away by foot) in the hamlet of Fressino. It is suitable for 2 people (plus max. 2 toddlers) and is ideal for nature lovers and hikers. Some hiking trails start right at your doorstep.

Rustic Caverda

The cottage was created by renovating an old barn. All the furniture that makes up the home's furnishings was handcrafted in solid wood by the host. The house is equipped with a photovoltaic system, making it environmentally friendly. The cottage is in a very quiet and sunny area.
