Holiday rentals with beach access in Lawndale

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

It was a good stay walkable to the restaurants on the north side, and the beach was a couple blocks downhill.

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here! Very walkable to everything we wanted to do! The bed was comfortable, and the whole space was clean and smelled great! The host was also very wonderful. And we actually found parking right in front of the gate. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Long Beach again!

I went to celebrate my 50th birthday and this location was exactly what I needed. Walkable location to restaurants, beauty spots and most importantly for me the beach…..since that’s the main reason I came. 🏝️The host gave a special touch to my visit since I was celebrating my special day. I would recommend this place for it checks all the boxes when it comes to location, restaurants, things to do and much more. Even the Uber driver was impressed with the neighborhood/beach location and mentioned they have to come out this way to enjoy Redondo Beach. Thank you again for making my stay extra special.

Bradley’s place was in a perfect location. We felt safe walking to and from the home and everything was walkable! The restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the local grocery store, and the beach! Bradley’s dad met us when we arrived at 3am via uber. He was the most welcoming, sweet and accommodating man. He helped us get in, showed us around and gave some recommendations for our stay. He even had a sweet gift for my daughter, knowing we were there to celebrate her birthday. The place was great! Clean and plenty of room. Stocked perfectly for our needs. Upon checkout, Robert (Brad’s dad) met us to say goodbye and gave us a bag he prepared filled with of treats for the girls for the plane ride. Truly, Robert is a blessing! My daughter and her friend said this was the best trip they have ever been on and meeting Robert was a big piece of that. Hoping to make our way back in the near future! Can’t say enough about the wonderful hospitality!

The place was very nice and comfortable, felt right at home. All amenities were there and everything was within walking distance. It’s small but not too small just right for vacation in Long Beach. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a get away and lounge around at home!

Such a gem of a space! Within walking distance to the water, coffee, food and shopping, this was perfect for our little getaway. Comfy beds and so many extra amenities, this home was very clean and such a fun vibe. The host was so kind when I was confused about something that was totally user error. I would absolutely return. My only complaint was not booking for longer.

Zev & Melissa's place was wonderful! The property is extremely well finished and maintained. Not having access to the master bedroom is not an issue, and we loved the other en suite master, where the bed and linens were incredibly comfortable and upscale. The kitchen and living area (open floor plan) were perfect, and the neighborhood was great with plenty of things to do for fun. What struck us most was how well prepared the house was with everything a guest would hope to have - more akin to a luxury hotel than an Airbnb experience. We would definitely go back!

This place is exactly like the photos even better, nice and clean, remodeled, game room and lots too offer, makes u feel like home away from home. Communication was perfect i would Definitely recommend this home if ur looking in the area.

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

We had a great stay, it was a nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean inside and host was very communicative and detailed. Would stay again next time.

What a lovely getaway. Removed enough from the action and bustle of pier street and the strand, but walkable to everything. Lovely decor matched the ambiance of a vacation by the sea. Loved all of the windows in the living/dining/kitchen. It is clearly their home - and it feels like you are at a friends place. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Lisa’s place is truly one of a kind. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the peaceful and artistic energy that fills every corner of her seahorse-themed sanctuary. The attention to detail in the decor is stunning, the garden is simply enchanting—full of light, life, and love—and the space feels like a warm hug after a long day. As an artist, I felt inspired and deeply rested. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. And Lisa’s hospitality? Unmatched. She even left me a delicious homemade bread pudding that I devoured with joy—it was unforgettable! This was not just a stay, it was an experience I will carry with me. I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and 100% sure that I’ll be coming back. Thank you, Lisa, for creating such a special place.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

Cara’s place was awesome. My daughter and I stayed there for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Cara was super responsive and her directions and details for using her space were very helpful (parking, keypad access, etc). The unit was clean and pretty and had everything it said it would in the description. The garden was fantastic. It was so lovely with palms, a banana tree, succulents, flowers and the gorgeous fountain. It was a great base camp location for us because we crammed a lot of sight seeing into our short time in LA. We were able to walk to the 3rd Street Promenade, Ocean Front Walk and the Santa Monica Pier, from there we rented the public bikes and rode one-way to Venice to explore the boardwalk and canals. We could go on and on and wish we could have stayed longer!

Miguel was a great host and the place was super clean and well stocked. Felt like a cozy home. Aquarium was 5 min from the place.v. Will definitely stay again
