Misty is a responsive host. The apartment is perfect for the overnight stop I needed.

We have stayed in many AirB&Bs and this home in Overland Park is the best one we’ve stayed in! It was squeaky clean, had quality craftsmanship, tastefully decorated, well stocked with anything you may need, a comfortable bed, and the perfect location! I appreciate that Cheryl and Steve warmly greeted us upon arrival, and were available next door if we needed them. However, they also gave us plenty of privacy. We didn’t cook, but there was a full kitchen we could use if we stayed longer. We appreciated the washer and dryer and closet to hang up clothing as well as the comfortable sleeping cots for our two young kids. The huge Farmers Market was temporary relocated behind the AirBnB, which made a perfect place to get breakfast on Saturday morning. Down the street there was a playground and a park, which would be nice place to go with littles. They also have a swing set in their yard, which was nice for our kids to get the wiggles out before we hit the road. We will return for sure!

Kore’s place was beautiful and in the heart of Lawrence Kansas! Everything was perfectly clean, very modern, wonderful light, comfortable beds, and a lovely host! Very nice little 2 bedroom unit. You are in a basement so you do get a little of that musty basement smell when you walk in but nothing overwhelming. As mentioned in the listing you will hear the dogs upstairs and people moving around and such until 10-12 at night but again it was as described and nothing I felt was excessive. Definitely did not keep me from falling asleep or wake me up at any point.

Great spot for business in Leavenworth, walkable to downtown, and easy in and out.

The apartment was very clean and a great place to stay for my son’s graduation.

John’s place was extremely clean, neat, and tidy. It accommodated the 4 of us well. We appreciated the amenities that were provided. There was a keurig coffee maker with multiple coffee choices available. Toiletries were also made available. The games for children were beneficial and thoughtful as well.

The apartment has amazing views of the city. It was a beautiful place to stay and close to the streetcar and all that downtown has to offer. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Kansas City.

Great location in Overland Park! Private entrance and parking, easy check in and out. Perfect for a quick KC trip, you will need a car!

This will be our first choice if we go back to Kansas City!

You CANNOT beat the location for the price. Overall this rental was exactly what we were looking for as far as being close to the river market but having a kitchen and try and save a bit instead of a hotel. We had some issues with cleanliness but they weren’t egregious and I got the impression that it was likely an accidental miss by the cleaners. A few things to note: the building is historic and not only are there stairs plentiful but they are steep and a little uneven. It was fine (if a workout) but if you have any mobility issues at all, friend this one isn’t for you. Also, the building is primarily an office building and directly below is an office that had people working at 9am on Saturday and when I say that I could hear every word they said from my bed I am not exaggerating but ironically the street was super quiet most of the time. Lastly, either ask for extra towels or bring your own bc they give you a minimum and no toiletries. For the money it was ultimately great for us!

Beautiful place to stay and very comfortable. We loved seeing all of the animals the dogs greeted us when coming and going and was so sweet and the kids loved seeing the horses

Cindy was very friendly and quick to respond when we decided to last-minute stay following a Royals game. The home is tidy and very clean; gives off an ambient and cozy vibe as soon you walk in. 10/10 would recommend

Great location for KU visit while having all the perks of Mass St. shops/restaurants/shopping steps away. Fun garage door open concept was perfect on a spring day and the Saturday farmers market right outside was a pleasant bonus. Once we mastered the parking app, things simplified- but it was a bit confusing at first as the app was having some technical issues with location. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and host was quickly responsive with some TV issues we had. We would definitely stay at The Happy Hawk again.

Very modern and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Directions were perfectly understandable.

The location can’t be beat and the condo has everything we needed for a week long stay. The bed was really comfortable too. We’d definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Lawrence!

We loved our stay at Abbeys! It was exactly what we needed for the weekend and we loved being able to walk everywhere that we needed to go. Great walkable dining and trails and very close to Whole Foods. Our dog was able to use a fully fenced backyard and we were so happy to have peace of mind with him in the home. Would love to stay again!
