We were in Nancy for two days and were looking for a small house with a garden to host our children around a barbecue, where our dog and theirs could play safely. This house met all our expectations. In addition, we found it extremely clean and even prettier than the photos. The center of the village is accessible on foot and offers several shops. There are many neighbors opposite and don't expect to enjoy a lot of privacy, but the neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and the neighbors friendly. Special mention for Gilbert, who responded immediately to each of our messages.

The stay was amazing. The place is located in a very calm and peaceful residential neighbourhood. It has several cafes and a large supermarket nearby. Inside the house, everything was well organised and the place was very clean. Overall it was really good and worth a visit.

The apartment is absolutely superb (even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Simply huge!). We particularly loved the attention paid to the decoration. Everything is done to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything is very clean and of good quality, especially the bed linen and dishes. The location is impeccable. 30 seconds walk from Majorelle city, you feel quite privileged! The Musée de l'École de Nancy is a 12-minute walk, Nancy Thermal is a 15-minute walk. The neighborhood is very well served by transport to get to the city center in less than 15 minutes, if you do not want to walk (the network is efficient, the MyBus app allows you to buy tickets online and find out about routes). Eric is perfectly welcoming and friendly, while being 100% discreet. It was an incredible stay and Eric's accommodation greatly contributed to the memory we will keep of Nancy!

Great mini stay in the cinema room, we came with my spouse after the Heavy Weekend in Nancy, accessible on foot in 15 to 20 minutes, very clean accommodation, the bedding is really very comfortable, we will come back for future concerts 🤘🏼

The accommodation is spacious, very clean, quiet with everything you need to feel at home, the parking right in front is very convenient and the garden is beautiful! I thank Catherine for hosting us and for her responsiveness. I was delighted with this stay in its beautiful Art Nouveau house, and the quality of its welcome. I was able to join the festival for which I was traveling to Nancy very quickly. Her house is close to all the interesting cultural places including the Majorelle house and the De Nancy school museum. The bedroom is very spacious the kitchen as well as the ensuite bathroom. Yes, it's very nice to take a shower in the evening after a long day of walking and exploring. We were able to talk about the culture in Nancy which was very interesting.

Only one thing with parking. If you come back later in evening you need go around to find place to park. So it is sometimes need to walk 10-15 min till parking place.
