We had a very nice holiday here. The house is authentic, clean and has all the facilities you need. The terrace, garden and pool are amazing. You can really unwind here. There are also many nice trips to do in the near surroundings. Carlo, the host of the house is the proud owner of the house and will be ready for you. Gives nice tips and is very friendly. We really enjoyed it and would recommend this cottage to other families.

This 8-night stay was one of the best AirBnB experiences we've had in our 10 years on the platform. The apartment was very spacious, beautiful, impeccably clean, and very well equipped for a long stay in any season. We could have easily spent several months in this place. Having two large bathrooms and a separate laundry room felt luxurious, especially after many tiny shower stalls we've encountered throughout Italy. The view of the city and the sea from the balcony is beautiful, and you are just a short walk from the main shopping/dining area. Yet, the apartment is perfectly quiet at night. Last but not least, Marco is an amazing host. His flexibility, kindness, and wealth of knowledge about the area made us feel like we were visiting an old friend rather than staying in a cookie-cutter short-term rental apartment managed by a soulless company. When we come back to Terracina, we'll time our visit so we can stay in this apartment again.

Very nice accommodation. Pleasant pool with the bar that allows you to eat at noon. very close to the train station . We were able to leave our car and visit Rome by train.

Very nice apartment with a kitchen, bedroom and a small but well-stocked bathroom, it also has a comfortable solarium with an outdoor shower, two sun loungers and an outdoor table where you can eat. The apartment is practically a minute's drive from the beautiful beach of Montalto Marina and is very comfortable as a base to see the beauty of the area: churches, monuments, necropolis, museums... In short, as I imagined, ours was a wonderful vacation, equipped with the kindness and availability of Patrizia (and Domenico). Thank you very much

I had a nice time staying here with friends. The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the location was great.

Beautiful apartment, as pictured. Located in a very recent complex of houses that create almost a small village. Although it is located (which can be a plus for those looking for tranquility) a few kilometers away there is a small center with everything you need. Friendly and helpful host, recommended.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Pasquale’s place in Orvieto. He was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is multi level, so must be ok with stairs. But so cute! Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay in the old city. Would love to come back.

We stayed in the pink apartment space and it was wonderful. One of our days there was very hot but the house was comfortable inside with the windows and a fan for sleeping. The apartment has everything we needed. We walked all of Tuscania, went to the amazing National Museo to see the Etruscan sarcophagi, had drinks at the Cafe Duomo, a lovely dinner at the restaurant 8 e 30, and drove 15 minutes north to Marta to spend a day on Lago Bolsena. We also spent a day about 30 minutes away at the beach at the Tequila Dog Beach and another day in Viterbo. The whole area was amazing and we loved staying in Ann’s perfect apartment. Highly recommend!!

Really lovely place in the historic center of Loreto Aprutino. Lots of nice charming decorative details and very walkable to the cafes/bars. They have a very well stocked kitchen which was great for us as we stayed 2 weeks. We also loved the view from the terrace on the top floor. Great for breakfast coffee, happy hour sitting, etc. Everyone in the town was very friendly and New Evo had great pizza and arrosticini (nice walk). Highly recommend!!!

The stay was really great. The house is impeccable: clean, well furnished, equipped with all comforts and with ample outdoor space, also ideal for the happiness of my dogs. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and self check-in and check-out were comfortable and simple. Everything was perfect, thank you so much!

We stayed in 9 at the property, the house is very nice and located in a quiet place in the middle of nature. The rooms are very nice and clean; the common area of the living room is very spacious, perfect for large groups and for those who love to relax or play games together. The pool is also very nice and, for our experience, both the lifeguards and the other condominiums are very kind. Valeria was very helpful and always ready to meet us as needed. Highly recommended for those who want a quiet experience but at the same time close to many nice places to see.

The stay was very pleasant, perfect welcome, availability and courtesy. The house is new and well-kept. The garden with flowers and aromatic plants and a beautiful table under the patio. Access to the sea, through a private road, is just a few steps from the house. Thanks!!

We stayed at the property for 9 people between August and September and had a great time. The house was equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. We found the outdoor ceiling blades not working, but the owner, on our report, immediately provided us with a floor fan. The only "flaws" were the many mosquitoes, surely due to the fact that the gardens of the surrounding houses are watered daily, so we would recommend installing mosquito nets in order to keep the windows open without being points and finally the distance from the sea. The 10 minutes are effective, said that the passage through the residence gate is very convenient but also has opening and closing hours. In addition, the beach is not totally free so we recommend putting the umbrellas behind those of the residence. While to compensate for the distance from the sea, the use of bicycles. We still had a great time. We recommend it

An absolutely stunning house. So full of rustic charm and character yet modern appliances and stylish bathrooms. Positioned on the edge of the village so you have stunning unobstructed views of the surrounding hills and valley; amazing to wake up to. Great location too, only a short, 5 mins, (quite steep) walk to the village square. On arrival there was a bottle of wine and pot of biscuits on the table and the fridge was stocked with water; a lovely gesture and most welcome.

I had an amazing stay at Stephania’s beach house in Sabaudia. The location was perfect peaceful, beautiful, and just a short walk from the beach. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. Stephania was a wonderful host friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!

Manuela's apartment is really beautiful and a stone's throw from the sea! Recently renovated, huge, with attention to every detail, equipped with all the comforts and useful accessories to spend a vacation, feeling at home! Manuela was always kind and helpful in communications. Supermarkets just a short walk away, bar and pizzeria right in front of the gate!
