Mariano and Francesca's place is a true gem! The apartment is beautifully appointed with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay in Rome. The location is fantastic – within easy walking distance to the metro, making it simple to explore the city, and just a short walk to the Vatican. We especially appreciated being surrounded by so many wonderful restaurants; it was incredibly easy to find delicious food just steps from the front door. Navigating the neighborhood was a breeze. Mariano and Francesca were excellent hosts. I would highly recommend their Airbnb to anyone visiting Rome and would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

I liked this place. It was really good!!!

The space is exactly as described. The location is excellent and easy to connect with other points. Lídia was extremely receptive and cordial, even though there was a communication failure (due to a misunderstanding on my part) at the beginning of the stay. It made everything so much lighter! The building has a little complicated access with regard to the use of the elevator and entrance door of the B&B, but it is a historic building. After the first entry, it easily adapts and becomes much more intuitive. The stay was excellent, overall, and the price was much better than the others for the location, since Rome is going through an absurdly expensive time for the jubilee. I recommend the accommodation and thank Lídia again for hosting us!

We had a lovely stay at Alessandro’s place! It was clean and just a short walk to all the main sites. Plus, it’s conveniently close to the metro, which makes getting around a breeze. One of the best things was how quiet it was — such a lovely retreat after a busy day of exploring! Laundry facilities were a bonus, although drying clothes was tricky. The area is filled with fantastic spots for delicious Italian food, and we appreciated the recommendations — they're spot on if it’s your first time in Rome! Our time in Rome was delightful, and the room was of great value and ideally suited our needs. We’d happily stay here again! Thank you, Alessandro!

Loved staying here, we were visiting friends who live in Trastevere so super close to them. But also to down town about a 15 min walk. Great cafes near for your morning coffee and croissants. Unique how they turned an apartment into a hotel. We never heard any of the other guests, just ran into them in the hallway one day. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the touristy central Rome, Trastevere is one of the cooler neighborhoods!

What can I say?! Great value, the host is very helpful and courteous and the room is clean and perfectly tidy. I couldn't help but be satisfied. The only downside, given the area: parking; but there are valid alternatives, as suggested, if you do not find it near the building.

We booked a spontaneous one night here for my husbands birthday, we had been staying in the center of Rome in 38 degree heat and were desperate for somewhere to relax with a pool! I can honestly say that it was the best money we have ever spent and we wished we had found this place initially and stayed the whole week! From the moment we arrived it felt like home, the staff are some of the friendliest people we have ever met and the hotel itself is beautiful. It is so peaceful and stylish and looks exactly like the photos. Loads of lovely chill out areas, great pool and outside area, spacious room and completely private terrace. Breakfast was delicious and we were recommended a lovely restaurant in the area by the hotel staff. Luisa was quick to reply to my questions and we are so happy she was able to accommodate our last minute booking. We will be back ASAP!

A hidden gem in the heart of nature My experience at this wonderful country house was truly unforgettable. Surrounded by greenery, with a view that looks like a postcard, the property offers an atmosphere of tranquility and peace that is difficult to find elsewhere. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and well-decorated, with an attention to detail that makes every corner special. Comfort is guaranteed, but it is the natural context that makes a difference: the noise of the wind among the trees, the scent of the countryside, and the opportunity to take relaxing walks nearby. The kitchen, then, is another pearl of this place: typical dishes prepared with fresh and local ingredients that express all the flavor of tradition. Every meal is an experience that involves all the senses. The staff is welcoming and available, always ready to do everything possible to make your stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this property! I'll definitely be back

the bungalow is very spacious and offers all the comforts, the shower is very large and the air conditioning is very efficient. There are many windows equipped with very covered curtains so you can rest even late and the lighting is very comfortable. In conclusion, I really appreciated the short stay thanks to the availability of the staff

Lovely village and well maintained... absolute peace... excellent apartment, very welcoming and as described... very varied top breakfast and above all with freshly baked sweets... the owners are very kind, attentive to make nothing missing... we had a great time, definitely to recommend

Listing is as described. There is everything you need in the surroundings to have fun... swimming pool, games, supermarket. The reception staff were really attentive. The accommodation is very well distributed, the two bathrooms are widely appreciable. The accommodation is well shaded and that's very nice. Don't forget your passports for check-in!

The stay at this resort was spontaneously booked by us and was surprisingly the highlight of our Italy vacation. The resort was so luxurious, quiet and relaxed that we didn't want to leave. The staff was very friendly and caring without exception. The room was just as fantastic as the good food and the sparkling clean pool. We can fully recommend this resort! Five stars absolutely deserved!

gorgeous welcome, magnificent reserved place surrounded by nature and 20 30 minutes from Marmore Falls. Spoleto Trevi Foligno. Less than an hour for Norcia and Cascia

We stayed in Paola's house for a week and had a nice time. Paola and her partner were super friendly and helpful. Helped us with transportation and always responded quickly. The house is located in a beautiful authentic village. We enjoyed the area, the beautiful view. In the village there is another restaurant for drinks or dinner, good food with beautiful views. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy in an authentic Italian environment with little tourism.

Exactly what you need for 1-2 rights in Rome. Especially as a solo.

I really enjoyed my stay,.. a comfortable and quiet place, perfect for resting after a tiring day... Very close to the main archaeological sites of the city... Sepideh was very helpful and attentive... 10/10

Damiano welcomed me at the apartment, and he was very friendly. The place was great and very close to the main attractions in Rome. I didn’t need to use the train or bus to get around the city. I highly recommend this place!

Tiziana's house is a great value, everything clean and organized, a very large room with a balcony and lots of plants and kittens, we love cats and plants so I felt at home! The kittens are in an outdoor space, they don't bother you, but if you want to interact, they are super docile. There is a market nearby, the bus stop we use most is a 5-minute walk away, and it takes you to several places. There is a subway, but it is a 20-minute walk, which we also use. It is not so close to the center, it will take you about 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to the tourist spots. There is a lot of traffic in the region, so it ends up taking longer to arrive. There is a restaurant nearby that we like, BeloVerde, and there are some nearby that we have not been to. Overall we had a great reception from the hosts who were very kind and friendly to us and the place is super quiet and we rested well. We will recommend it to friends.

Luisa is very kind an helpful. Most of the time she's present in person. You may easily attract the curiosity of the beautiful, black, house cat.The room is spacious and the bathroom is new and clean. The double bed is comfortable. There's no aircon but I didn't miss it, as the evenings are always fresh with a lovely breeze Very high value for your money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Luisa's again!

Great location, lovely wooden houses and a beautiful very cozy family. For those who love dogs and cats, it is very suitable because there is a beautiful feline community and many dogs that accompany visitors. We had a really good time with the child 😊
