Very good duplex, good location. Pretty quiet neighborhood. On the other hand, a slight downside, there is a washing machine but it lacks a tumble dryer or a clothes dryer.

Mathieu's accommodation complies with the listing description and allows you to have a pied à terre close to the major roads in the south of the Nantes agglomeration while being in a quiet place. We were 3 guests and the place was a great fit.

Perfectly located accommodation for us (to accommodate family as part of a birthday) and quite suitable for a 2-night stay. Communication with Carole was very smooth and her clarifications for arrival at the accommodation were very clear. We recommend!

What a beautiful tranquil place to spend spring in the French countryside. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable in gorgeous surroundings. Short drives to Clisson, Nantes and some coastal towns for exploring. The kitchen had everything I needed, super comfortable bed and a great shower. The beautiful garden and the local bird life made my stay unforgettable. Veronique and Christoph were amazing hosts and made me feel at home. I stayed here for a number of weeks and will genuinely miss this place and the wonderful hosts.
